Very Nice Condo Close to Downtown

The property was great- very clean, well maintained. The location is close to Broadway making walking an option. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in a great location.

Condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was well below freezing during our stay, but being from PA, it was warmer than home! Only on a three day trip. Location was perfect. Rented a car and parked in town. Parking fees are exorbitant. Best to Uber from the airport and then Uber downtown. You will save

Great stay But.

We loved the rental. But were awaken at 5 A.M. by construction crews working on the building 15’ away. Every morning there was crews demoing staircases, and they were using a jack hammer. Every morning we were woken up by the noise. There was no avoiding it. I m

Wonderful stay!

Excellent stay in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Walking distance to absolutely everything that Nashville has to offer - Broadway, Nissan Stafium and so many more attractions! A very comfortable place to stay for 2 couples we will definitely be back

Everything was great only issue was two days at 645am maintenance was blowing leaves or grass for about hour and half was very disturbing that early in morning.

Celebrating Birthdays!!

My husband and I brought our two children and their significant others to Nashville to celebrate two of our gang turning 21! The end unit was perfect with lots of windows! The complex was well maintained with great outdoor space and a nice pool!!

Great time in Nashville! Location is good about a 20 min walk to Broadway. Quiet neighbor. Loved the roof top hangout spot.

Spacious 2/2 with a great rooftop view

Condo was as pictures indicated. Spacious 2/2. The check in process is timely and difficult. ZERO street parking available. The condo had some food crumbs in the LR so the rug had not been vacuumed. One of the bedrooms had fur balls next to the nightstand. The key pad did not work most of the time and it took SEVERAL attempts to get in. That was annoying. The complex was clean and quiet, however there are bums living in tents directly below the roof top area. Sad and scarey. I felt the price for the rental was too high. Lastly, easy walk to Broadway but note that's down hill. The walk back is all UP and tiring.

Nice Stay Close to the Action

This was a nice condo close enough to Broadway for walking but far enough to be quiet at night. It was a comfortable unit for two couples to share.

Everything we needed!!!

The condo was just as advertised ! Great location to Broadway! Easy walk! I’d agree with other comments about walking back at night alone or just girls. Would Uber. We had a group with men and women so no issues. Safe condo. Nice to have a parking garage. Great communication and detailed instructions !! Thank you!

Great place for 2 couples.

Property was as described. Bedrooms are large and beds comfortable. Easy walk to Broadway but might suggest an Uber for a group of ladies if late at night. Building is in a quiet area. Nice balcony for morning coffee. Would stay again when visiting Nashville.
