Had a really nice time. The condo was clean except for the outside windows. Kurt explained the outside window are cleaned every 6 months. Other than that we had a good time.

Brenda is talking about a few outside windows on a high floor and it had just rained. These were completely fine and clear when we cleaned two days before so not sure what she is referring to. The windows that need scaffolding scaling are cleaned every six months but as I said They are not dirty

The condo was very neat and clean and provided everything we needed. Plenty of room for four adults. It was quiet and in a great location - definitely walkable to downtown but we did Uber. The instructions to park and enter the building were very detailed and accurate. We would definitely recommend it!

Nice apartment style accommodation within walking distance of many downtown Nashville attractions. Included parking garage made loading/unloading a breeze. It was very convenient for attending a concert at Ascend Amphitheater. There were some stains in one tub, the beds are very noisy, and we were unable to use the TVs in bedroom due to a missing remote. However, overall experience was very pleasant and would likely consider this property again while in the Nashville area.

Overall our stay was great! The instructions were explicit and exact and very easy to follow! The host was extremely responsive and we had a great staycation in Nashville!

Clean on the surface, but some areas of the apartment were dirty. The trash had not been taken out. The linens for the pullout was almost threadbare. There was no soap/body wash in the bathrooms.

This Condo was very clean and accommodating and is centrally located. The owner was very helpful with accommodating some date changes we needed to make. I would highly recommend this location.

Condo was very clean and organized. Easily accessed with host's instructions. It was really convenient to park off street. We chose to Uber around the city to not pay parking fees and it was well worth it. We loved all the amenities provided and the bed were comfortable. We highly recommend this location and would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! Extremely clean, beds comfortable, and the views were great. We were able to walk to get food and drinks as well as walk down to Broadway and back. We are already planning the next trip! Check in/out process was easy and communication with owner was extremely prompt. 10/10 recommend!!!

Dear Kirk,I wanted to reach out and share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Forte Vacations.I truly appreciated how you responded to every text expeditiously and kept me informed of the process throughout the duration of the transaction. The facilities were exactly as described on Vrbo, and the property was clean and ready for use upon arrival.The décor was over the top, with each piece of furniture and artwork complementing each other perfectly. There were adequate supplies in the unit and plenty of accommodating space in the garage. Furthermore, the overall presentation from the building’s main entrance to the unit was breathtaking and exceptionally clean.The view from the unit was just as described, and I found it very easy to get to and from shopping, eateries, and tourist attractions. This is exactly what we call a true “Vacation”!Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was so clean and organized. We loved the open layout and that we were able to do laundry there. We were a short walk (less than a mile) or uber to Broadway and the Gulch. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Nashville!

Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had the bare necessities but workable. Conditioner in the shower wasn’t conditioner, but more soap. Only thing to knock. Price was a bit high compared to others in the area.
