We had a great stay at this VRBO in Nashville. The place was clean, the water views were beautiful, and the location was perfect for walking to Broadway (15 min walk). We couldn't have asked for a better spot and would definitely stay here again.

The host communicated. The condo was nice place to stay , view and balcony was great very scenic. Would definitely consider the place again . The coffee was a nice touch, appreciated that very much .

Great location, less than a mile from Broadway. There was adequate parking and check in was easy. This condo was clean and equipped with all we needed ( iron, extra pillows, fully stocked kitchen). The balcony overlooking the river was a nice place to have morning coffee, I would definitely stay here again!

Went to Nashville for a girls trip and this place was the perfect setting! We were close enough to Broadway if we wanted to walk and an easy Uber ride to everywhere else we ventured. Great accommodations!

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Nashville

Perfect spot for a Nashville stay! Super clean, great location within walking distance to downtown, and the host was great—clear directions and easy communication. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Super easy check in and great host communication. They even let us drop our bags while they were still cleaning so we didn’t have to walk around with them. Very nice service touch! Great views, very roomy, nice patio. Very comfortable place to stay. Felt very safe and secure. Easy access to downtown broadway.

This is a very clean and cool property. Great view of the river and city lights at night. Very convenient to attractions, food, Nissan stadium and Broadway. The property manager/contact is very prompt and helpful. Everything about our stay was great except the sound from the upstairs neighbors, you can hear them moving chairs and walking. I think this is typical for apartments. Otherwise it was a great place.

The location of the condo was great. It was walkable (15-25 minutes) to Broadway as well as to the many Germantown restaurants. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the Cumberland River for coffee in the morning as well as happy hour in the afternoon. The unit was well stocked and clean. Communication with the host was timely.The only thing to be aware of is that the one bedroom has an opening to the kitchen area. This did not affect us as one couple were early risers and could make coffee/breakfast without disturbing the others. Also please be courteous to fellow renters as we heard the upstairs family racing up and down the hallway in the early mornings.Overall, a great place to rent and we would highly recommend it!

Awesome Stay in Music City!

We stayed at this wonderful condo for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute. It immediately felt right at home and was within walking distance to most everything we wanted to do - bars, music venues, great restaurants and Nissan stadium. It was also just a short Lyft/Uber ride to the Grand Ole Opry and airport. The condo was extremely clean and large enough for us all. Most importantly Jen was excellent in communicating with us and responded immediately to any questions I asked. We even landed early and while the condo wasn’t yet ready she let us drop our bags until it was! Would definitely stay here again!
