This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood, 25 minutes from Siesta Beach and 15 minutes from city center. The split bedroom design has large living and dining areas. The lanai and pool are enclosed together and a toddler fence is available The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook for yourself. There is a laundry room and a garage. Other extras include: wireless WiFi and printer, HDTV with comcast, beach towels, an umbrella and beach chairs, two bicycles and helmets.
The location is fairly central and easily accessible to just about everything.

Lovely well supplied home in convenient area of Sarasota. Extremely comfortable environment in a very quiet neighborhood. Very quick responses from the owner. Will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.

Great stay

The house is in a good location. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, and a short drive to the beach. The hosts though of everything you may need for your stay. Easy check in and check out. Good communication with the host.

Perfect Place for Families

Loved it, would come again. This place has every amenity a family needs. From infant to adult, your needs are covered. Kitchen with every piece of cooking utensil you could want. Grill complete with accessories like little food tents and custom tableclothes for out door patio table. Got a cut? There is a drawer full of well stocked and clearly organized first aid. Need a battery? Same. Pool is wonderful. Comes with pool noodles, dive toys, floaty toys and life jackets and safety fence for toddlers. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location to beaches and stores and restaurants. Life goes on while on vacation, and this gem fills that need for caregiving space and homey comfort while still a convenient location to go out and explore together.

Comfortable and relaxing

2nd year at this property. House was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Backyard provided privacy, lanai was great and pool clean and refreshing.

Nice house in a Quiet neighborhood

Nice place. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! The kitchen had pans and baking dishes and plenty of counter space to cook. The bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets and the bathrooms are well stocked with towels and wash cloths. The pool was a hit with the children and there were plenty of beach towels for our family of 6. Quiet neighborhood with people walking and not much traffic. Enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is perfect for easy access to restaurants, beaches, parks etc. While the neighborhood does not look impressive when you drive in, it was actually very quiet, safe and friendly, full of families and regular working folks. We took long walks all around the neighborhood most every day, which was relaxing and very little traffic. Will definitely consider booking again.

Great stay! Clean and comfortable.

Ben and Susan’s home was very clean upon arrival. The house is well stocked with everything you might need (kitchen appliances, dishes, towels, beach supplies, sunscreen, etc.) The location is central and convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Beautiful, comfortable family home

Exactly as advertised - well-maintained, perfect property with awesome pool and everything that one needs to have a wonderful vacation without worrying about a thing! Fantastic Rental

We had a great time for our vacation in Florida. The property has everything you need from beach chairs, towels, sand toys, etc. I even noticed a car seat and lots of other baby items to use within the home. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. The house is close to stores and restaurants. Siesta Key beach was a 10-15 minute drive. Our family enjoyed the pool on the non beach days. The beds are all very comfortable as well. The neighborhood is very quiet. I will say the neighborhood is not very maintained. People don't keep their yards manicured, they have cars and junk all over their yards making our 1st impression a little skeptical. Don't fear, it was safe and quiet. The neighbor across the street parks directly behind the driveway making it almost impossible to back out a minivan from the driveway to the street. Overall, the house was clean, it checked all our boxes and we had a fantastic time. I encourage others to rent the home, the price is great, you will make wonderful memories, and you won't be disappointed.

Great house and location

We enjoyed the pool and lanai every day. Location was close to everything we needed and to family staying at Siesta Key beach. House had a very well equipped kitchen.

Great Cozy Family Home

Very cozy home and kid friendly! Home provides Car seat, Pack N Play and lots of kids toys and games. Clean relaxing pool and very close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend! Quiet area, cozy home and very clean.

A cozy house about 15 mins from most things

A nice little house that has bedrooms on opposite sides of the house that keeps things quiet. Nice updated kitchen and dining area as well. Fully stocked kictehn with pretty much everything you need for your stay. A nice perk was the beach gear in the garage for air travelers that can't bring those items with them from home. Pool in the back is nice and is solar heated. Would consider this property in the future for another stay.

Home away from home

We had such an amazing vacation at this property! We felt safe and this home was so well stocked and appointed that we felt right at home. From bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, cookware, appliances, spices/seasonings, dishes, books, pool toys, pretty much anything you could imagine or think to need it was there-the list goes on! We enjoyed walks and bike rides around the neighborhood and met several of the neighbors who were all very kind and friendly. We played cards and family games at the spacious dining table every night. We celebrated three family members Birthday’s at that table as well! Very cool and happy memories made indeed! The pool was such a great amenity to have available and we used it daily. Everything was clean and easy to keep clean during our stay in this beautiful home. The beds were all comfortable. The location of this home was perfect for us and we had everything in the area that we could have ever needed! We visited numerous beaches all of which were not far and not terrible drive times. Siesta Key, Venice, Casperson, Anna Maria-Holmes and Manatee (our FAV!), Coquina (also our FAV!), Cortez, Lido, Longboat, and even a trip down to Sanibel-Captiva! First Watch was amazing for breakfast! We also enjoyed Walt’s Fish Market for dinner as well as The Ugly Grouper on Anna Maria (our favorite place to eat on the Island). Five star pizza was yummy for ordering in family style. The Hosts Ben and Susan are amazing and absolutely the sweetest and most kind people! Very responsive and easy to reach when we had questions. We had so much fun, laughter and family time at this home! We seriously hated to leave! We highly recommend this property and have added this beautiful home to our list of where we will return in the future! Thank you so much for being one of the great VRBO’s!

Great Vacation in Sarasota

This is our second stay at this property, and like the first, the house was really incredible. It's clean, comfortable, and really gives you a sense of home. Thank you Ben and Susan for another great vacation in Sarasota.

We are a recently retired couple who enjoy being involved with our family and community. We both volunteer in our church and for organizations in our community of Goshen, Indiana. Before retirement, Ben was an orthopedic surgeon and Susan was the story teller for a fair trade retail business called Ten Thousand Villages. We have two grown children who are married. Our son lives in Ohio and he and his wife have given us two precious grandchildren. Our daughter and her husband live in Chicago. We have a dog, Sadie (boxer/pug/Boston terrier, mix) who comes with us when we stay in our house in Florida.

We bought a house in Sarasota because our family has good memories visiting parents and grandparents there as we were growing up. We like that the house is in a neighborhood and easily accessible to just about everything.

We spend 5 months each year in this house. Therefore it has all the amenities of a home. It is not a rental property. We do offer it to others so it does not stand empty for the other 7 months of the year. We appreciate guests who enjoy a homey place and will respect they are guests in our home.
