Amazing!! Converted this non-beach person

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was amazing! The view overwhelmed me every time I walked down the hallway. The description was spot on and everything was in working order. There were chairs and umbrellas in the closet to use on the beach but we didn't need them on this trip. My favorite thing was the fact that our 2 teenage girls could walk to the beach and we could see them from the balcony! Their favorite thing was that they could walk to the beach without mom and dad, lol. They loved the ice cream shop next door and hung out there alot. The place felt safe and secure. It is centrally located to a lot of restaurants and stores (some within walking distance). I never had an issue with parking in the garage. Honestly, this place changed my mind about a beach vacation and won me over.

Darlene, Thank you so much for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the location during your stay! We sincerely apologize that you found the unit in a state less than clean at arrival. Please keep in mind while our housekeeping staff is lovely, they too are human and sometimes make mistakes. By no means is this an excuse, we certainly do not accept a dirty toilet for a guest. If you did not report this at your arrival, please keep in mind during your next stay we are more than happy to address and resolve issues such as these at absolutely no charge to you. We are also happy to pass along your recommendation for additional storage space for cloths to improve our guest's experience. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope that you otherwise enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your recommendation, dispute the issues you experienced. We hope to have you again! The highlight of my trip was the dolphins that I saw from my balcony in the morning. The Seascape property was not overly crowded at all and the beaches were not very crowded in the mornings or evenings. The afternoon was the busiest time on the beach. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Overall good

The condo was nice and clean however, when checking the master bedroom for bed bugs, we noticed multiple urine stains. Not sure how long they were there but called the property manager and got that sorted out with new mattress topper and professional cleaning. Not sure who says the bed is comfortable because it felt like I was sinking to the floor. If you like a firm mattress, beware of that. Other than that, the condo was nice. Good location and the living room furniture seemed new so that was nice.

Great Location!

We just stayed a week in this Condo and did enjoy the location, the 5th floor view from the balcony. We liked the furnishings and the unit was clean upon arrival. It is fairly well stocked to cook and the recliners (sofa and separate chair) were awesome to relax on. The kids enjoyed the separate beds and having their own bathroom. The washer and dryer is a big plus as nothing dries well in this humidity. I only give this unit a 4 star as there were some issues. Our king bed is so soft we had a hard time sleeping. It does have a mattress foam topper which makes it I believe even more soft and you just sink it. It was not comfortable at all and quite disappointing. Also within a couple of hours of arriving we discovered a sewage smell coming from the 2nd bathroom. We notified the property company right away and maintenance we sent but could not determine where the smell was coming from. We were given Febreze to help but it only does so much. A couple of days later we had them come out again as it was just getting worse and the kids were not amused and the smell kind of took over the whole place. Not something you want when you are on vacation and trying to relax. It could not be fixed or figured out and we ended up leaving a day early. Not the way we were hoping this vacation would go. Maybe this was something we just experienced and it was not related completely to this particular unit. It is a huge complex with 12 floors, it was pretty busy while we were there.
