First time we have seen the amount of wild life from room. Room was very clean and together. This was a very pleasant trip. Stayed extra night.

The location of Sterling Breeze to restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shops is perfect. The pool is always clean and I would encourage guests to have a good conversation with Mrs. Barbara. She cleans the pool and does an excellent job. We like Sterling Breeze because there is not another high rise condo to the left and so it is less crowded.

Great Place

The property inside was clean and nicely appointed, unfortunately the floor of the balcony was very dirty. To such an extent that it came in on the bottom of your shoes - shame as the appartment is beautifully turned out.

Great place, amazing view!!

Our stay at Sterling Breeze was great, we had amazing view of the ocean, beautiful sand and beach!! We recommend this place , was very clean and spacious for our family, everything you need, exactly like in the description and checking in was very easy!!

Best location in the building. We loved the location and layout

Loved the 4th floor location, walked right across from the parking lot over the crosswalk, and never had to catch the elevator. The pool is was fantastic, met so many great folks there and at the fire pit. Hard to beat the location, right on the beach, no high rises to your east, pier park right across the street and make SURE to check out Dustys oyster bar.. im now addicted!!

Spring break 2024

We have stayed at Sterling Breeze many times and love the convenience of the location, but less crowded than other larger resorts! With the exception of one elevator wing down and prolonged wait time this year, all was great! 401 was beautiful! It had lots of room and all kitchen accessories needed for the week! We arrived and was able to check in early also!

Senior Spring break

Sterling breeze is a great location...you have the convenience of Pier Park, but a small time feel in this building. This unit, specifically, is gorgeous, the 4th floor location makes the stairs easily accessible during busy elevator times. Huge condo, beautiful view, we would rent again.

Delightful Stay

We had a great time at Sterling Breeze. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. We loved the condo. Very tastefully decorated and everything we needed. Love working with Warren Beach rentals. If there are any issues they are quick to respond and fix it. Can't wait for next year.

Great Condo

The condo was very nice and clean. The only negative feedback is the guy who put out the beach chairs. He was late putting them out, and took them in way too soon. One set of chairs and umbrella came with the rental. We also rented a set for our entire stay. The beach chairs were not put out until 9:30-9:45 each day. Then, he took them in before 3pm. When my husband mentioned it to him, he got smart about it. He stated that he had three other places to put chairs out besides ours. He should have rotated the places, and put ours out first some days. These chairs are not cheap, so we definitely didn’t get enough use out of them. The condo complex near ours, had their chairs out around 7 each day.

Great Condo

We enjoyed staying at Sterling Breeze. Our condo was clean, well taken care of and had lots of space. Great location being close to Pier Park. We definitely would stay here again.
