Location is everything!! Constructed in 2018, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfectly located in the heart of Ocean City and easily within walking distance to downtown. Also situated just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, this home boasts a private rooftop deck, covered front porch and rear balcony to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the city! Inside your vacation home, you’ll enjoy tons of natural light, cathedral ceilings, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, central AC and all of the modern amenities (detailed below). We also have you covered for the beach - 8 chairs, 3 umbrellas, a cabana, 8 tags, wheeleez beach cart, children’s wagon and toys are already at the property so you can pack lighter! An outside enclosed shower let’s you get cleaned up easily too.

Don t forget to park behind the house.

House was wonderful! Having all the beach gear and beach tags made our trip so easy. The house was very clean and organized and the kitchen was well stocked. Great location!

Beautiful property- very clean with every convenience needed. Great proximity to beach and convenient access to boardwalk, while also being in a quieter part of town. Appreciated the ability to use beach chairs etc.

Our OCNJ trip was amazing. The house was perfect, Close to the beach and boards. The house has everything you could ever need. Beach chairs beach toys and wagons. We loved everything about our stay. Thank you again.

Very welcoming!

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable and clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Beach tags and beach chairs and toys were a plus!

Comfortable!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Jason’s property. The location was a dream; walkable to the beach, boardwalk, stores, shops, parks, etc. The house had a lot to offer in terms of furnishings, beach supplies, and extras. Extra clean and comfortable!

Beautiful home with a great location

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and nicely decorated home. It had all the amenities that we needed and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The owner responds very promptly when you send him a message and is very kind. We had a problem with the coffee pot and contacted him. He didn’t hesitate and dropped a replacement off later that day. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again someday!

Amazing stay! The house is beautiful and we loved the location. We like having access to the boardwalk without being in the busy area. It is very well stocked for the beach - chairs are all newer and in good condition and they have a good beach cart. Communication with the owner was great and he makes it a point to ensure your stay is comfortable and as expected! Would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Excellent house filled with everything you need for a beach vacation. Beach toys, chairs, small beach coolers and even a CoolCabana tent were available to use. The beach, boardwalk and playground were all close by. We loved playing games on the covered porch.Jason was an excellent host answering my questions before and during our stay.

Best Vacation Home Ever!!

This property is AMAZING!!! I am extremely hard to please when it comes to being away from home. I look for modern, updated properties that are spotless. This property was exactly that! It smelled like it was just renovated. The decor was contemporary and modern, and we felt like we stayed at home (only better!) Jason, the property owner, answered all questions before and during our stay promptly and he was always available if we needed him. The home had anything and everything that we could have possibly needed. He even had batteries if we needed them. The house was in a perfect location, right at the boardwalk. We loved everything about the property and our experience.

Wonderful place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, very clean, and has lots of beach chairs/toys/etc. to enjoy at the beach.

Great house, location, and owner.

For the past several years I have rented a different house in OC for my family's summer vacation in OC. While I had a good experience with past rentals, this house was by far my favorite. The house itself was new and clean which is the highest priority on my list. Jason, the owner, was great to work with. He made me feel confident with this rental especially during these uncertain times with the pandemic. The roof deck was a lot of fun to hangout on after a day at the beach. I appreciate the comfortable outdoor furniture since this is where me and my family spend the majority of our time while at the house. The location is perfect. The house is near the start of the popular part of the boardwalk but far away enough that the beaches are not overcrowded.
