This modern and up-to-date condo sits in a well-desired location! Close to everything! Just 1.2 miles from the local Fred Meyers, or just 1.5 miles to the Port of Brookings.

House Layout:

This is a two-story condo.

Downstairs is the main entry, along with one bedroom, access to the garage, and a laundry area. The downstairs bedroom is an additional master bedroom with a king mattress and a full bathroom.
As you walk upstairs you enter into a naturally lit, open loft-style layout where the kitchen, dining, and living room are all one. Sit back and enjoy each other's company making a meal or watching TV. The living room couch folds out to a king mattress for additional sleeping.
The main master is located upstairs with a king-size mattress. The attached bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a dual shower head.

Check -in was so easy! The condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make meals. The bedrooms are large and the bed was so comfortable.

Great location

Check-in was super easy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Great space to hang out with family. Only complaint was there were no linens available for the pull out couch which we needed since there were 6 of us. Also could use a good spring cleaning. Overall it was good and we would rent again!

The property is in a cute little development at the end of a residential street. Check-in was seamless and the listing's pictures are accurate. There is a lot of natural light!The beds were quite comfortable and the wifi worked well. We didn't cook so I can't speak to the kitchen facilities, but I can say there is a good washing machine/dryer in the garage.Since the unit is tucked in among several others, you'll want to be mindful of your noise level when outside so as to not disturb the neighbors.

It worked for us however there could be a few updates. Kitchen well stocked. Dining room table great for games but maybe reupholster captain chairs and paint patio table and chairs to freshen up. Bed very comfortable but I’m 5’2 and it was a bit high for me. Husband had no problem.Had trouble with internet connection and the repairman Brian was very nice and got internet up a running.Last I would say Weber BBQ and bring briquettes and starter. We kinda expected a gas grill.

i absolutely love the area around the property and the enclosure of the condo being on the water overlooking the boats. it was quiet, serene and very clean around the property and in the neighborhood.

Great little condo!

The house was nice and cozy. Very clean, good location and quiet. Just what we needed! The only bad thing was the bed in the upstairsbrdroom has a very sharp edge on the foot board that i kept running into. Left a pretty nasty bruise. So be careful! Lol totally enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Great place to stay

Great little condo and a great location. Has everything you need whether it’s just a place to sleep or if you hang out at the condo. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Great condo by Harbor in Brookings!

The property was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the breeze off the ocean was very nice. We loved this condo and would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Close to the coast and stores. We visited the Redwoods and drove to Gold Beach. We enjoyed exploring and hiking. Very nice and clean , no problems.

Nice place close to the beach

Very comfortable place with king beds and 2 bathrooms with all the amenities you need. Very short walk to a private beach. We had a wonderful experience.

Great spot right on the harbor. Peaceful and quiet. We managed to lock ourselves out one day and management was quick to respond and friendly. Highly recommend!

Cozy, quiet, and close to everything!

We had a wonderful beach weekend with our kids. Everything was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. When traveling with little kids, having a dishwasher, a bathtub, and a clothes washer & dryer makes all the difference!

Great get-away

Very nice and comfortable place. The beds were great! Neighbors were friendly. We were visiting family in the area and it was Memorial Weekend so there was lots to do in town. For those folks with knee problems, there are a lot of stairs to get to the kitchen/living area, but it was wonderful for us. It was the perfect retreat spot for us. Thank you for sharing.

Nice for family of 4 with young kids

Overall a nice space. Fairly updated and clean. Dish washer a tad loud so run while you sleep. We did have a baby and a toddler with us who needed to nap. They have those nice pull down blinds but they are white and not light blocking. Plan accordingly . Otherwise a great space close to everything. Nice to have a partial view of the marina and you can hearthe ocean. We would stay here again.

Just Beachy

We had a nice stay at this condo for 4 nights. Perfect size for our family of 4. (2 adults, kids aged 17 and 19). Very pleasant neighbors. Fully stocked kitchen and SUPER COMFY beds and bedding. We were thankful for the garage, it was perfect for storing our bikes. Just a note about the stairs that you must climb to the main living area of the condo…was fine for us but may not be suitable for everyone. We had a small issue with TV remotes (batteries dead) but manager rushed some right over. ***note to future renters: we found the ROKU remote works best for the tv functions…and the volume button is on the side! I honestly can’t think of one thing to complain about. It was a great visit! Oh! And we were surprised by all of the deer that hang around the neighborhood in the evening
