This modern and up-to-date condo sits in a well-desired location! Close to everything! Just 1.2 miles from the local Fred Meyers, or just 1.5 miles to the Port of Brookings.

House Layout:

This is a two-story condo.

Downstairs is the main entry, along with one bedroom, access to the garage, and a laundry area. The downstairs bedroom is an additional master bedroom with a king mattress and a full bathroom.
As you walk upstairs you enter into a naturally lit, open loft-style layout where the kitchen, dining, and living room are all one. Sit back and enjoy each other's company making a meal or watching TV. The living room couch folds out to a king mattress for additional sleeping.
The main master is located upstairs with a king-size mattress. The attached bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a dual shower head.

i absolutely love the area around the property and the enclosure of the condo being on the water overlooking the boats. it was quiet, serene and very clean around the property and in the neighborhood.

Just Beachy

We had a nice stay at this condo for 4 nights. Perfect size for our family of 4. (2 adults, kids aged 17 and 19). Very pleasant neighbors. Fully stocked kitchen and SUPER COMFY beds and bedding. We were thankful for the garage, it was perfect for storing our bikes. Just a note about the stairs that you must climb to the main living area of the condo…was fine for us but may not be suitable for everyone. We had a small issue with TV remotes (batteries dead) but manager rushed some right over. ***note to future renters: we found the ROKU remote works best for the tv functions…and the volume button is on the side! I honestly can’t think of one thing to complain about. It was a great visit! Oh! And we were surprised by all of the deer that hang around the neighborhood in the evening

Nice for family of 4 with young kids

Overall a nice space. Fairly updated and clean. Dish washer a tad loud so run while you sleep. We did have a baby and a toddler with us who needed to nap. They have those nice pull down blinds but they are white and not light blocking. Plan accordingly . Otherwise a great space close to everything. Nice to have a partial view of the marina and you can hearthe ocean. We would stay here again.

Cozy, quiet, and close to everything!

We had a wonderful beach weekend with our kids. Everything was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. When traveling with little kids, having a dishwasher, a bathtub, and a clothes washer & dryer makes all the difference!

Great spot right on the harbor. Peaceful and quiet. We managed to lock ourselves out one day and management was quick to respond and friendly. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Close to the coast and stores. We visited the Redwoods and drove to Gold Beach. We enjoyed exploring and hiking. Very nice and clean , no problems.

Great get-away

Very nice and comfortable place. The beds were great! Neighbors were friendly. We were visiting family in the area and it was Memorial Weekend so there was lots to do in town. For those folks with knee problems, there are a lot of stairs to get to the kitchen/living area, but it was wonderful for us. It was the perfect retreat spot for us. Thank you for sharing.

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Does not show in the pictures that you are looking mostly out to the parking lot with a side view. Good location.

Family getaway to Brookings

We enjoyed our stay at this property, no unexpected surprises. We had an issue with the cable and called the property manager, they came right over and took care of it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed for cooking dinners. There is also a grill which we used several times. As mentioned in several of the other reviews, the beds were very comfortable. There is a lot to see and do close by, we frequented the beach several times and drove down to the redwoods.

Our stay

This condo was a great location for getting to local activities. When we arrived someone else’s things were there but this was resolved within an hour and they reimbursed us us $100. The garbage disposal does not work and the sink kept backing up but they sent someone to fix it. They fixed the drain but not the disposal. The neighbors are not friendly so we kept to ourselves and had a great time. Lovely area to visit.

Great getaway

Vrbo app didn't specify which unit we were in so we had to call after hours but they were very helpful. The condo itself is great, only real complaint was that the beds were stiff. Our daughter had a rough time falling asleep in a new place and the neighbors were very understanding of the situation. Very well kept, would rent again! One thing I recommend is that they change the keypad code more often as there was a mishap after we checked out where another Vrbo renter was able to access the property prior to their scheduled arrival which lead the property manager to believe we hadn't checked out on time. Not a huge deal but kind of concerning from a protection standpoint.

Nice place to stay.

Overall this was a really nice place to stay for our week long family vacation in Brookings. Checking in was easy and the condo is furnished with pretty much everything you will need. A couple of things to be noted…the garbage disposal needs to be replaced. It didn’t work during our stay. I used the reset button on the unit, but it is rusty and no amount of convincing could get it to work. It just kept tripping the reset button. This was frustrating as there also was no screen in the drain to catch food scraps going down. The listing says abKeurig coffee maker is what is there for guests, so I made a point of buying pods for this trip. However, when we arrived there was a Ninja coffee maker. Awesome coffee maker, but I didn’t have what I needed to make coffee based on the information in the listing. Kinda frustrating. Upon entering the unit the downstairs smells pretty musty. We kinda got used to it as the week went by and stopped noticing it, but my teens weren’t happy that their room smelled damp while our room upstairs smelled fine. Finally, the laundry area in the garage could use a good cleaning. Webs, spiders, random socks from other guests, just didn’t make the best impression. Now…having said all that, did we have a great vacation?…Absolutely! The condo became our home for the week and we left with fond memories. I would stay there again.

Quiet Condo

This is my second stay here. I love it! It is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. It does have stairs. Bedroom, bath and garage downstairs, kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom upstairs. The beds are really nice and comfy. The couch folds out into a king bed, but it’s pretty stiff. Save that for the youngsters. It has the best coffee maker I’ve ever seen. It has a nice view of the harbor from the balcony. Quick drive to the beach. You can’t go wrong here. ❤️

Great Location, Great Place

This was the perfect setup for us. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the place was immaculate. We appreciated the stocked kitchen!! The harbor is lovely and we really had no issues or concerns at this place. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect

We loved this accommodation best of all! The kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms were stunning. We loved being near the harbor where we went down late afternoon and bought a beautiful piece of halibut to cook for dinner. There is a blue building down there that sells fresh catch! Thank you for providing this lovely space for us! Highly recommend!
