Lovely Home in the heart of Amish country

Welcome to our cozy guest house. Located in the middle of Amish country and minutes away from the village of Intercourse and kitchen kettle village. Within 10 miles of major attractions, dining and shopping. Dutch Wonderland, Sight & Sound Theater, Rockvale outlets and Tanger Outlets.
This is a ranch style home where everything is on one floor.
There is a master bedroom with a full private bath , 2 other bedrooms, the one has 2 twin beds and the other one a king size bed,and an additional full bathroom ,if you area light sleeper we have a sound machine in each bedroom to block out any noise, also a beautiful sunroom that has a pullout sofa and tv, and a family room with plenty of seating for everyone with a 48 inch tv for your entertainment.
Prepare delicious cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen before gathering around the adjacent dining area for a fun family dinner...
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer ,you will need to provide your own laundry soap. Also a built in ironing board.
Guests will also have access to a one car garage. there is a deck out back with a patio set and grill over looking a beautiful back yard.
We live in a beautiful neighborhood and have Amish living next door.Horse and buggies drive our road daily and you might possibly get to see them working in a field close by.
The house is surrounded by a big beautiful yard for you and your children to enjoy.
My husband and I live near by and would be happy to assist you in anyway.

This was our third stay at this property. We go back because the house is perfect for my family. The hostess has everything you could possibly need for your stay The location is perfect for the areas activities. The owner has been nothing but responsive if any questions arose. I can not recommend this house any more strongly for a wonderful stay in the area.

The home was all that we expected. We were there six nights and made breakfast every morning. We had everything we needed and everything was clean. The bedrooms were perfect for the four of us and very comfortable. We felt at home and enjoyed a relaxing stay. We highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property was exactly as described. I only had to contact host a couple times over very minor things and she answered almost immediately. The house is beautiful and was as described. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Very nice neighborhood. Would recommend this host and property to anyone. Would love to come back again. My family and I stayed in the house with my in laws. It was very accommodating. In laws able to be in a room. On one side of house while my husband, I and kids on the other. Very nice big kitchen and dinning room. Host very responsive to anytime I messaged her! Great place centrally located for the places that we went to. We plan to rent again next year!Thank you Naomi!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! It was equipped with everything u might need.Great location. Host was always available for questions. We were a group of 5 ladies. Beds are comfortable, plenty of blankets, towels too.Hope to stay again sometime.

House is very roomy and nicely decorated. Parking is safe and secure, there is a one car garage. There is everything you need to cook your own meals, if you so choose. Great place to spend time with family or friends.
