***** For 2026 season, weekly rates start on june 13 and goes through sept 7. These weeks will be Saturday check in and out days. Check-out is 10am and check-in is at 2pm. The other days will be a minimum of 3 night rental. *****

A nice property located near the beach. It has three bedroom and two bathroom. Can accommodate up to 10 people. Television in every room, has a great view of the ocean. Kitchen is also fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and dining wares.

Great space for our stay! Close to boardwalk and shops. The beach items provided are great. Kitchen has everything needed. Great selection of books and movies to use. Nice and easy communication with host. Most importantly, beds are comfortable and shower is perfect. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here! Scott was extremely caring and communicative, the property was clean and exactly how pictured and our most favorite part was sitting on the front deck seeing the ocean and feeling its breeze. The round dining table out there was the perfect spot to play games, check emails and eat dinner al fresco. But nothing beats the location at this property! Super close to the beach (which are now huge after the restoration), boardwalk, rides and even a stones throw away from the best coffee on the island (holiday coffee). We will definitely be back next season!

Great stay

Loved the property. Beautiful view of the beach and boardwalk, walking distance to beach and shops. Great for a long weekend with family.

Excellent place to stay in OCNJ!

We had a fantastic long weekend in this condo. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. The host was super-helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great location

Great location to enjoy easy access to the boardwalk. The dedicated driveway parking spots were so helpful since street parking is hard to find in that area. The space was perfect size for our family. Thanks for the stay!

Great location!

This was our first vacation in OCNJ and the location could not have been more perfect with a toddler! The walk to the beach/boardwalk is quick & convenient and it's also close to the downtown shops & restaurants. Scott is a great host, very polite and very responsive!

Great place for families!

Such a convenient location—within walking distance of beach, grocery store, and shops! The kids enjoyed playing the board and card games provided with the rental. Scott, the owner, was very helpful and prompt in communication. We had a terrific time there.

Great stay!

The property was clean and stocked. Lots of toys for kids. Scott was amazing, he answered every question quickly and even came over to install extra AC just incase due to a heat wave.

Family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay - the house was clean, easily accessible and well stocked. Close to beach, boards and downtown. Off street parking and large garage for bikes, toys and beach stuff. Scott was responsive and very accommodating- thank you!

Great location and stay

This was the perfect property for us with children ranging from eight months to 16 years old. The host was very accommodating and let us check in early since there was nobody there the night before. My three-year-old especially enjoyed the Hess trucks. We appreciated the large garage where we could store our big stroller and beach wagons. Nicely stocked with most things you will need. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, clean, and convenient

The condo was exactly as advertised… It was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfy and the front and back balconies were a bonus. It was close to the beach and the boardwalk. The ability to park in a locked garage was a definite asset! Communication with Scott was wonderful…as were the simple check-in and check-out procedures. We will definitely consider staying here again!

The condo is accurately described. Just over a block to the boardwalk, comfortable beds, quiet street nice view from the upper balcony. Walking distance to Asbury and shopping. private parking. Scott was very responsive. We will plan to visit again next year!

Perfect Escape!

We had a perfect family getaway here! The host was exceptionally communicative and accommodating. The space was perfect, the 2 decks gave us amazing views, especially of the pyrotechnic parachute show! My son was thrilled with the Hess trucks and other toys (he was very sad to leave them!) and the garage was packed with beach items like chairs, bikes, and beach carts that saved the day and our backs! It was a wonderful home away from home.

OC Regulars

We've been coming to OC a few times a year since 2019. Now that the kids are getting bigger, hotels are not a cost-effective option. This property was a perfect fit for us... three bedrooms, master with en suite bathroom, additional shower, open kitchen plan with a table that all of us could fit at for games. It's also close to the boardwalk, shops and grocery store. Highly recommend!

Convenient Comfort

My family and friends (4 adults, 2 kids) enjoyed our stay. We were a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, yet it was a quiet and peaceful place for mid-day breaks and evenings.
