Perfect place!

Will definitely stay here again. Place was very clean! The last building before the state park. Very quiet! Really enjoyed our stay!! Easy check in and check out.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was nice and view was fabulous! Wish the pool area had a restroom so you didn’t have to go back up to condo to use restroom.

This was an amazing place to stay! It was clean and quiet with plenty to do. The balcony had an amazing view. The beach was not very crowded. We had a very relaxing yet fun filled time!

Perfect location

We thrust enjoyed our stay! This was our second time staying at the Royal Palms Condominium! We love that it is the last building on the beach allowing for more beach space.

Great view from our balcony

We loved the view from our balcony the walk to the beach was short which was nice! Our room was nice and clean. We hope to stay here again in the future and I would recommend staying here.

Great stay

The condo was clean and so cute. The location of the condo on the beach was perfect due to the park next store. The beach was very crowded to one side so it was nice to have no buildings on the other to spread out from all the people.

Would definitely stay again!

My best friend and I came for a few days and LOVED it! The property was clean, well kept, and in a great location!!! The property management group was wonderful, too. We had a minor issue and they responded VERY quickly. Will definitely use that group again and stay at this property again!

Very Nice and Great Location

The condo itself was wonderful. Very clean, great view, and perfect location. The only complaint is that the pools were dirty and there was not a net or anything available to skim the water to clean it up a bit. Overall, it was nice.

Great location on the beach!

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Royal Palms! You can walk on the beach to Sea n Suds for lunch or dinner, walk on the beach to the pier, or to Waffle House for breakfast. Fantastic beach front view, we spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The condo is small but works well for a couple, or with one or two small children. Easy drive to restaurants and souvenirs. Indoor and outdoor pools available. Go have a good time!

The only trouble we had was with the bed, it needs a new frame but was otherwise comfy. I loved that it was on the end and the beach wasn’t all that crowded! Definitely recommend

October at the Beach cant be beat!

I can honestly say that Royal Palms will be our only go to place to stay come next October. No more searching. The room was perfect the view even more perfect. I don't have anything bad to say about Royal Palms. Only thing i can say is that our stay was to short and we know next time to book more days. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in 402. Cant wait to go back!

Perfect!

Had no problem with the condo , it was perfect for our family of 4. The only 2 things, one is the key was a pain in the butt. It would get stuck and hard to turn everytime when we would go to lock the door. And both showers fully did turn off.. they would constantly drip. Would definitely return if we ever come back to gulf shores.

Very nice

Very nice and clean unit. View is fantastic. Easy access to the beach. The only issues were the remote to the TV did not have batteries. Also the Wi Fi password did not work.

Royal Palms 402

402 was great for 2 adults maybe 1 child or 2 if you use pull out couch. The couch was comfortable and the chair and bed. The ceiling fans were nice because it was hot outside! Temp was cool. Royal Palms outside needs some upgrading. Painting, replacing doors, walkway to beach, just general stuff.

Beach Vacation

Condo was exactly as pictured on the web site. The only issues we had were really minor. When we arrived the tile floor had not been cleaned. The key for the front door was very difficult to turn the lock. These issues did not keep us from thoroughly enjoying the stay. The balcony overlooked the beach and was a perfect spot for our morning coffee.

Great place - leaky shower.

The only negative was that the shower in the bathroom next to the bedroom leaked and dripped constantly. Kept us awake the first night. We called the rental company and left a message the next morning and got no response back.

Short getaway

Do not stay here! We came down with friends and spent the majority of our time at their unit. Never used kitchen, but 4 hours after check out I received an email that I was charged $255 for a damaged dishwasher. Given that we weren’t ever really in kitchen there is no way we damaged this. Check in process is difficult. Our t friends used a different booking site- unit nicer, check in process easier

Absolutely disgusting

Rented this property for our honeymoon, convenient check in process got to the condo, smelled like mildew, mold throughout the whole condo, in the air vents, on the ceiling in the bedroom and closet, the sheets on the bed were dirty and stained, like the condo wasn't cleaned at all. Also had bugs crawling all in the bed. We asked for a refund and only got part of it back. Had to find somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend at all.
