Beach view was wonderful and we were able to easily access it via the boardwalk. The condo was comfortable and close to all the activities we wanted to do. Thank you for a nice weekend getaway!

The location hard to beat! At the end of the condo line made for finding a spot on a busy beach easy to find. The natural sandbar had my kids excited with lots of shallow ocean to play in. 3rd floor was awesome for people watching from the porch. Just a nice place to vacation.

Great Location

We love Royal Palms!! Location is right next to the State Park, so plenty of beach space. Parking is easy and very close to restaurants and shopping.

Can’t say enough about the great location. Being right next to the state park provided us with extra room and no overcrowding on the beach. We saw dolphins each day. The condo is in great shape and parking was easy.

Property was clean, a bit dated. The condo was smaller but it was perfect for our trip. Beach was not crowded which was nice. Owners were nice and very easy to communicate with.

Loved It!

Condo was located just far enough from the crowds that there was plenty of beach space but close enough to everything you want to do. Just a great location.

Love the unit! Wonderful view as we watched the dolphins from our 3rd floor balcony! We always enjoy the sunrises and sunsets and the fresh seafood!

Condo was great. Very clean and spacious. I wish there would have been more beach stuff but we rented a chair on the beach so it all worked out. View was amazing. Owner even checked in to see how things were going! We would definitely stay here again.

Good spot for family with kids. Older adults may have problems with parking as all the better walking spots are saved for owners.

Gulf Getaway!

Our stay was wonderful. Unit was exceptionally clean. Would recommend taking extra dishtowels if you are a heavy kitchen user. Dawn dishsoap would be nice too! Would definitely go again!

Spring break week

The beach was great, the condo is at the end of the strip so it’s much quieter than further west. Condo unit itself was kinda grimy, I changed the air filter on the HVAC because it looked awful, the grout needs a really good scrub too. But we were there for beach time and a balcony to sit on, so that part was nice. For the price it was good.

Perfect Family Friendly Stay

Our stay at Royal Palms was absolutely phenomenal. The condo is the last one before the state park, making it less crowded, there is a new condo being built to the west so there was some construction noise during the day at the beach, however it wasn’t terrible and provided extra entertainment for our son! The condo was very well kept, very soft bed, and comfy couch. Debbie was easy to get ahold of, we had no issues but wanted to make her aware of some chipped paint we saw upon arrival. We will absolutely be back next year! All of the condo guests were polite, excellent family atmosphere.

Stay in Gulf Shores

We were pretty desperate looking to book a condo for a music festival and paid way higher prices than we would have normally but we expected that. What we didn't expect was a condo that stated it sleeps 4 didn't mean 4 adults. the wall bunks were not long enough for one of the adults in our party who was meant to sleep there (she is 5'8"). So no big deal, there is a sofa bed right. The mattress on the sofa bed was dirty but there are sheets for that. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable.all the sheets were old so it made them rough as well. Otherwise, the condo was right on the beach and the amenities were good.

Included in the published description of this unit are these specific statements - "The master bedroom has a king bed with a pillow-top mattress. The second sleeping area in the hallway has built-in bunk beds made for those under 5½ ft tall (child or small adult) - the kids just love this cozy crew quarters." And "Occupancy for 4 people - best for 2 adults / 2 children." In addition, although there is a "sleeper sofa" in the condo, no where is it included as a 3rd sleeping option in the unit's description of sleeping arrangements. This guest submitted a booking request, and received a confirmation, for occupancy for 2 adults, NOT 4 ???? Recommendation: potential guests should read ALL published info on a specific unit and if there are any questions/concerns contact the Owner/Property Manager BEFORE booking it.

The location to the beach was great and the area was quiet and relaxing. The condo was not as clean as it should have been. There was sand on the floor, the kitchen counter tops were not cleaned, there were sticky spots that I had to clean up. This is no offense to the owner, but the cleaning company. The pool was green all week with someone finally coming in our last day with a new pump and/or filter system. Again, no offense to the owner, but the complex itself. The television was not set up properly, so couldn't watch television the first few days. We had to reset to watch. The condo itself was older, therefore there were not enough outlets. The owner responded quickly to any messages we did send to her. AND, remember my first sentence....The location to the beach was great!
