The hosts were incredible to work with! They answered all of my questions and were quick to respond. This is a cute condo right on the beach. The location is perfect with a wonderful view. They have done a great job decorating the place, but it is an older facility. The amenities and elevators need an upgrade.

The owners were very kind and prompt with answering any questions. The actual condo was nice but it could use a little better cleaning in areas. I am very particular though when it comes to cleanliness. We had a really nice stay overall.

Exceptionally clean. Comfy bed. Well stocked kitchen. Great balcony which was where we spent a lot of time. Overall, a great condo for 2 people, but would be a little tight for more. Would definitely rent again.

Couldn’t have been more perfect! The balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean- we loved having a cup of coffee and watching the waves. The condo had everything we needed and was SUPER clean. Would totally stay here again! Thanks again, Mike and Michele!

Very cute condo! Lovely view of the beach from inside and the balcony, nice breeze on the balcony too. This condo is a perfect setup for 2 people. The bed is perfectly comfortable. Very convenient to have a washer /dryer in the unit. We like the 3rd floor as it's easy to take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator, although I must say the wait times were not long. This building is perfect because it is the last building before the state park so the beach is not very crowded. Good restaurants in Gulf Shores and we found a lovely place in Orange Beach, only 10 min. away, with a water side patio. We had a great time on our first visit to Gulf Shores. I'd highly recommend this condo for your next vacation!

The condo was very clean and inviting. Well stocked and a great location. The ocean view was wonderful from the balcony. Check-in and out went very smooth. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The place was incredible. They answered all my questions. The area is so good. Best of all the building is the last one in the area so no one is next to you on the left. Will book again for sure.

We purchased our vacation home at Royal Palms in 2016 because we love the area and the friendly people, not to mention the best food around.The views are spectacular and the beaches will make you never to want to leave. A vacationer's paradise.

We decided to purchase a slice of paradise to enjoy with family and friends. Having Gulf State Park immediately to the east provides about 3 miles of nearly private undeveloped beach and a wonderful fishing pier. The fact that Royal Palms is a low density building us an addition plus, keeping the area uncrowded

Our unit is in the center of the building with a curved oversized balcony with great views to the east and west.The 3rd floor is a great floor. The ocean is at your back door.
