Gorgeous 3rd Floor Direct Gulf Front 1 Bedroom Condo

Our unit 304 at Royal Palms has been recently updated with a king size bed, 32in flat screen in the master bedroom, new 42in flat screen in the living room, queen sleeper sofa, fresh paint, new plank tile and carpet along with new granite in the fully stocked kitchen. A washer and dryer are available in the unit. In the living room we offer a smart DVD player that provides access to Hulu, Netflix and other online services is in the living room. So, if you have accounts for these services, you will enjoy the same entertainment options as you do at home! Unlimited WIFI Internet is provided as well.

Another very nice feature are the hallway bunk beds for children - they love them! You will enjoy spectacular views to the east and west for beautiful sunrises and sunsets that are picture perfect.

We always maintain our condo and make sure that your experience is memorable.

Royal Palms is a direct gulf front low density condo building. It is located next to the state pier for wonderful fishing and enjoyment. While your here make sure to go to the famous Hangout for great food and live bands located on the beach only 1 mile from Royal Palms. We love the location being within walking distance to several main attractions and it's almost like having the beach to ourselves.

Another great place to go is Waterville water park only 2 miles from the condo and the amusement park is excellent. Go carts, bungee rides, putt putt golf, everything imaginable.

Perfect Quiet Location

We just enjoyed Spring Break here and we had the best time! The location of this place is perfect- it’s right next to the state park which gave us plenty of room on the beach as it filled up. We were also located a bit away (but still walkable for us) from the busier part of Gulf Shores so it was quiet and felt very safe. The hot tub at this place is the hottest one I’ve ever been in which was nice coming out of the cooler ocean. We enjoyed the layout of the condo as well. One thing to consider is the bunk beds are shorter than regular beds so our 14 year old was not the right size but simply slept on the pull out couch. Communication was excellent with the owner, very prompt and friendly. The supplies on site were nice. Very nice bath towels and some nice beach towels available too. They really had everything. If you go for a longer stay, you may also want to consider bringing some extra dishwasher soap. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Facility was fine. Weather awful, TV Roku sucked, would not even qualify as junk unless your ok with last weeks new as the earliest available. Wash machine broke

The location is awesome setting on the balcony watching the waves. Only if the weather would have been nicer.

Overall good

Nice overall. Good location. We did find a pair of socks in the sleeper couch so that was a little off putting. Shower rods were rusty along with the drain stopper in one shower. Refrigerator needed to be wiped out. Balcony furniture and balcony decor is rusty and definitely needs to be replaced. Lastly, I think it would be helpful to advertise that you’re going to make people leave the temperature at 72. Some people are hot natured and this isn’t a comfortable temperature for everyone. Other than these few things, we enjoyed the condo and the area.

We decided to purchase a slice of paradise to enjoy with family and friends. Having Gulf State Park immediately to the east provides about 3 miles of nearly private undeveloped beach and a wonderful fishing pier. The fact that Royal Palms is a low density building us an addition plus, keeping the area uncrowded

Our unit is in the center of the building with a curved oversized balcony with great views to the east and west.The 3rd floor is a great floor. The ocean is at your back door.
