Balcony to die for! Relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the fantastic sunrise and sunsets. Literally less than a 2 minute elevator ride and a few steps to the beach and your complimentary beach chairs (2) and umbrella waiting for you (a $350 dollar value) from March to October. Amazing views and the sound of the surf from all the rooms from this 7th floor condo. in Tower 1. Black out curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep. LARGE walk-in shower and all new appliances. Washer and dryer. Wake up and look out at the beautiful Emerald Gulf only feet from your window. A new gym withevery piece of equipment and updated security cameras througout the resort. 2 beach chairs in the condo available out of season for the Beach Service. We have it all. Washer, Dryer, pull out queen sofa bed, hair dryer, TVs one in the bedroom one in the family room, beach towels. 3 pools 2 heated, tiki bar, gym and 2 Jacuzzi's! Grills at each tower for those that want to grill. (License number CND1305872)

This is our 3rd or 4th year staying and our stay was GREAT as always! The condominium is doing upgrades outside and Ginny let us know as much info as possible about what was going on. Even offered us a discount for any possible inconvenience that may occur (which none did) We sat next to someone on the beach who had no idea there was going to be construction at all as other hosts didnt bother to let them know. So very appreciative of the heads up. Condo was very clean as it always is! Which is biggest thing to me! View is perfection. Never a wait on elevators, and entire property had people constantly cleaning. My only advice would be ask the guys at Tiki hut for your chairs to be in front of tower 2..alot of overflow from shores of panama.

Clean place, good communication, great location

Checking in was easy with great communication from the host. The condo was clean, kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, and a newer washer and dryer was a plus. Overall it was a clean place, great location with a great host.

Awesome stay

We stayed one night for the 4th of July. It was very comfortable and the check-in process was a breeze! Ginny was prompt with communicating any needs pertaining to our stay. We loved that we could walk to Pineapple Willy’s and an ice cream shop nearby. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella was a nice perk!

Beautiful unit! Very clean and smelled amazing! Ginny was wonderful and we were able to check in early. Furniture was comfortable and perfect for a couple. The only creature comfort we missed was an ice maker.

Relaxation with a view

The condo is exactly as described and we had no issues. The balcony is awesome, spacious and those views! We enjoyed the location being away from the busy Pier Park area, but also easy to drive there for eating/shopping. The big pool is fabulous and The Hangout is convenient. We got nachos there for dinner one night. We would definitely stay again!

Great location!

My daughter and I stayed for 1 night and even though we didn’t get to enjoy the beach because of the weather, we still had a great time. The condo is in a great location with several restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and the view is spectacular! We will definitely contact the owner about staying in the future.

Spring fling

My best friend and I vacation together every few years, usually somewhere sunny. This has been our best getaway to date. The beach was perfect and so was the condo. Great location, great price, great weather, great friends. Perfect!!! We totally recommend the place.

What a view!

We spent our 50th anniversary here, it was magnificent! Unit was immaculate, perfect view from both living room and bedroom. Pool was beautiful and that beach I can’t describe except perfect. Added bonus was the beach service which of course we took advantage of. Ginny was a great host, made it all very simple for us! We hope to return again!

Excellent Condo!

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. The condo was clean and as described in VRBO. The owners stayed in constant contact with me happenings with the condo. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

You literally don’t have to worry about packing beach towels or bringing beach chairs with you, they are provided, there’s a couple chairs in the room to borrow, if needed! Plus the two chairs and umbrella that’s provided. That alone saves a lot of space in the trunk lol. The blackout curtains are a major plus to have, it’s hard to find a place to stay at on the beach that actually has curtains, let alone blackout ones!! The pool is heated and there’s two hot tubs too. It has a big balcony with gorgeous views! Will definitely stay here again. They have security and a gate, which is a plus. Great communication with the owner. The king bed was comfortable!

Short stay in PCB

We stayed in PCB on our way back up north after a month-long trip from one end of Florida to the other and back again. Based on experience, we found it best to allow the end of March traffic clear before we embarked on the long drive home. This plan worked out well, and we had a very comfortable place to stay in the Long Beach condo. This unit is spacious and well- equipped, with a large balcony directly facing the beach. Nice views from the seventh floor. Lots of parking.

Greet getaway

Had a wonderful time. Unit was very clean and host was exceptional with communication. All instructions were clear and check in and out a breeze. Had a lovely time despite the weather not being conducive to a traditional beach trip. Unit has a great balcony and the shower was amazing.All you’ll need is provided and host left a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch! Will definitely recommend to friends/family and hope to stay again soon when we can enjoy the pool and chair service.

My husband and I moved from Maine to FL in 2016. I was born in Australia but lived many years in England before moving to California then to Maine where I met my husband. Bob was born in Maine left when he joined the Air Force then returned to Maine after leaving the service. We moved to FL a few years ago. We have always wanted a beach front condo to use for ourselves and rent out to others so they too can enjoy the peace of the ocean. We were very lucky to find this condo and you can't get much closer than this.
