Enjoy the best Rosemary Beach has to offer from this creatively designed little jewel, said by some of the locals to be the best-designed carriage house in Rosemary Beach. Located near the exotic Moroccan-style Coquina Pool on the Gulf side of Highway 30-A in Rosemary Beach. Just seven hundred feet to the beach - down the boardwalk to the Eastern Green, where you will find a deck with the Florida Panhandle’s best views of the Emerald Coast and its spectacular sunsets. Inside, there is a full staircase, much safer and easier to negotiate than ladders or spiral stairs (relatively rare in Rosemary Beach).

Engagement Stay

This was the perfect stay for me and new Fiancé! Kelly and the team was very accommodating and helped us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates. Two blocks off the beach and was the perfect place for a 3 night stay for us.Would absolutely come back!

Great little Jewel at Rosemary

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit. This is our 3rd trip to Rosemary Beach. Love the location of Belize carriage house.,will definitely be back. My only suggestion would be to replace the sofa downstairs. That would give the place a boost it needs. The pillows are stained and the sofa, it has been the same since the first time we came. This is a small area and would make a significant difference. also, this would ease the worry of the sofa bed mattress that is so uncomfortable. All said we love the carriage house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little carriage house is adorable - and in a great location! This was our first trip to 30A and it was close to everything. Such a great feature to have the bikes there to use! The internet signal was very weak. They were so attentive with their service to try and fix it, but it was not suitable to work from there. We would definitely go back!

Great little place in an amazing community

We loved everything and the community is great. It be warned that the garage underneath the facility (which is a separate bldg known as a “carriage house”) is a shared garage. We were not aware of this and when the neighbor accessed it at 4:30am we wrongly assumed someone was breaking in. It was VERY loud and totally unexpected since VRBO claims the y you rent the whole house. Other than that misunderstanding all went perfectly.

Lovely little trip

We loved the place. Close walk to the beach and had everything we needed. The chairs/umbrellas/toys were especially helpful! We will be back.

The decks were lovely for a morning coffee and to watch the families ride bikes around the streets.

Price vs. Quality: A Growing Gap

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It seems the price to stay here has increased faster than the owner's willingness to invest in improvements. At this price point, basic expectations like blackout curtains and a fully cleaned restroom (things need replacing, not just "cleaning").

Amazing location and beautiful spot

It is a cute little spot with excellent amenities, the pool is less than 30 feet away, and beach access and restaurants are 5-minute walk. Overall great experience

Fun in Rosemary!

Wonderful time in Rosemary Beach with my two girls! The property was just perfect for our girls trip. This sweet little cottage is perfectly appointed within steps to the beach, the pool and the village. It's also stocked with all the amenities needed to make the trip relaxing and enjoyable.
