Breathtaking views of Seneca Lake from the wall of windows lining the front of this lovely home in the desirable Finger Lakes! The lakefront property features 75 feet of level frontage with a 80 ft permanent dock and boat whips (upon request). Charming kitchen and dining area and spacious living room give you plenty of room for relaxing with family or entertaining friends. Enjoy the serenity of this peaceful lake from the wraparound deck, dine in the screened in porch overlooking the lake or relax on your own personal beach! Conveniently located close to shopping, hiking, restaurants and the Seneca and Keuka Lake Wine Trails.

Clean & comfortable house directly on lake with so many pleasant details! Lori is a great communicator. Easy check in, well stocked kitchen, kayaks were a plus! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

What a wonderful lake house. We are 3 couples all over the age of 60. We enjoyed how quiet and relaxing it was. Great 4 season porch with expansive views of the lake. It had a small beach with crystal clear water. Great deck to sit on in the evening. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining room/living room for all to hang out. The location was perfect. So close to Penn Yan and Watkins Glen. Also close to so many wineries! We loved it!

Beautiful renovated,very clean home built out over the water..Very safe, solid deck. Gorgeous view.24 steps to get down to the home- but were also very solid and recently painted.Once in the home everything on one level for living. Bedrooms and full bath upstairs.Loved the screened/windowed front sun porch with door for privacy. Very well equipped kitchen. Room air conditioners worked very well when needed in each bedroom and main living as needed but able to open windows for beautiful lake breeze when cooler.Comfortable beds in good size rooms. Full bath good size and tiled shower nice size. No tub but not an issue.Nice Small beach area each side of home with easy access for the provided kayaks and opposite side a shallow place for supervised young grandchildren to play.Owner Lori easy to work with very quick to respond to any question and gave many good recommendations for things to do.Roys Marina in Geneva great to work with.

Quiet waterfront

The stay was great, the host was wonderful and the view! We enjoyed the kayaks! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect setting and location for our retirement girls’ weekend. Being right on the water was so tranquil & I, personally, couldn’t get enough of the view from the sunporch. The location was perfect for easily getting out to all the places we visited. The kitchen was very, well-stocked for the evenings we made dinner in. I’d definitely stay here again if visiting the Finger Lakes area.

Perfect place for our family

House was clean, check in and out were easy. Our toddler loved the sand pit and we loved looking for rocks and sea glass in the beach areas as well as having our morning coffee on the deck. Would definitely stay again, great location!

This is our favorite joint vacation of the year. We have two families stay every summer, which is quite comfortable in the three bedrooms. The house is clean, well stocked and decorated, and in the ideal location for enjoying the lake and local wineries/breweries and shops. Lori is an exceptional host! Thank you for another fantastic week- looking forward to our fifth year!

Scenic, quiet retreat

We had a wonderful stay. Lori (host) was attentive, but not intrusive. The property is well maintained, clean and has gorgeous views of the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake views were amazing. So were the sunrises and the harvest full moon! Enjoyed kayaking on the lake. The home was lovely, very comfortable in every way. The kitchen was fully stocked! Thank you to our host! She was the best, very helpful! Suggested places to hike, eat, grocery stores and wineries. Home was centrally located for so many activities we planned to visit. We highly recommend staying here.

Lori’s home was wonderful! The home provided plenty of space with fantastic views. Communicating with Lori was easy, and she was very responsive to any questions. Great location for all the excursions planned on our “girl’s trip” - hiking Watkins Glen and Taughannock Falls, Seneca Lake dinner cruise, Corning Museum of Glass, Red Tail Ridge Winery, antiquing, fishing and kayaking. Would love to come back again!

Great Place

The property was even better than the pictures. Location was great, and beautiful. Would recommend for any family. It does have several steps so should be aware of that.

Family Trip

We bring my sister-in-law up to the finger lakes every year for a family reunion. Love to stay at the lake house as you can get no closer to the lake. Excellent as always.

Great for families

Great property Had so much fun with my family and three kids Lots of water activities and situated right next to a park so kids had fun walking over to that Nice outside seating area right near the water with a shore line so kids could walk out into water Dock had a gate to keep little children off dock, use of kayaks and paddle boat. Would recommend to any family-

Relaxing stay at the lake

We had a lovely week at the lake house. It was very clean and comfortable. There were four kayaks available for us to use and also a very nice firepit. Nice deck over the water to listen to the waves. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom.
