Spectacular View of Grandfather Mountain!

Spectacular views of Grandfather Mountain are part of this centrally located one bedroom condo on Seven Devils. Enjoy the magnificent views from both your living room or outside on the treetop level balcony. A thermostatically controlled gas fireplace provides warmth and a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy cool summer mountain air with an elevation roughly 700 feet higher than Boone. We also have A/C for the occasional warm summer afternoon. Top of Seven has sleeping accommodations for up to four people. The bedroom has a queen size bed. A comfortable pull out sofa is in the living room.

Snow tubing and zip lines at Hawksnest are just a short five-minute drive away. Community tennis courts are even closer. This condo is centrally located between Boone, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, Linville and Blowing Rock. Appalachian State University is less than 20 minutes away, so book a stay with a view for those home football games! Additional nearby seasonal activities include biking and hiking trails, white water rafting, skiing at Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain, the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games in July, wine tasting at Grandfather Vineyards, and a great public golf course at Sugar Mountain. Take advantage of your central location by exploring the local shops and restaurants that line the streets of the High Country towns of Blowing Rock and Boone. You don't want to miss out on the eclectic merchandise at the Mast General Store in nearby Valle Crucis.

The condo with the balcony mountain views were great. We saw lots of deers & hummingbirds also. The only thing that was missing to me was a little box of kleenex for allergy folks like myself. The deck could use a refresh but was good. Shops & dining were not far away as well. We enjoyed our stay!

The place was charming and the views were spectacular. It was just my husband and i . The place was more than adequate for the 2 of us. The location was perfect.we were pretty much right in the middle of all the attractions BEAUTIFUL!!!

Great size place for our quick mountain getaway. John was quick to message back and helpful. The only thing I wish we had known (maybe we missed it in the listing / reviews) was that the bedroom does not have AC, only heat. While the fan in the room was very helpful, AC would have been much more comfortable. The place is quite convenient to all the places we were visiting.

Nice Quiet Stay in Beautiful Area

The host was very helpful with our check-in and in providing information for places to eat and places to visit. Really enjoyed the condo and the fairly secluded location.

Unit was clean, comfortable and convenient to things. Unit itself is older but most furnishings are updated. Great view of Grandfather Mountain from breakfast area.We would consider renting again.

The view is beautiful and the host was easy to communicate with. The condo was clean, though smaller than expected and a bit dated and needed some maintenance. The a/c unit struggled to keep up with the heat outside. The location is nice, though the cell service up there isn’t great.

My family had a great time staying here. It was the perfect size for a family of 3. The only small issue was the tv in the living room area was slow and felt like it was lagging.

The condo is bigger than I thought it would be and was extremely nice. We LOVED seeing that gorgeous mountain view from the balcony! The digital key made it super-easy to come and go, and everything we needed was included in the rental (dishes, washing pods, etc.). I would definitely stay here again if given the chance!
