Perfect summer stay! home location couldn’t be any better,, had a wonderful experience. Ford was fantastic as a host very attentive to any questions we had during the entire stay.

A Perfect Summer Getaway

This was our second time visiting this home, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The host was incredibly attentive and always quick to respond to our questions. The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind with the family. We can't wait to come back again!

Extremely dirty and unorganized. We rented the home for 30 days but left after 7 days. Had fleas and my wife wouldn’t sit on the furniture amongst lots of other things. We went and bought our own sheets and blanket so that we could sleep in the bed. Just a huge disappointment. Extremely dirty and unorganized. The trash from the people before us was piled up so much we couldn’t use the trash can. Hair in the sink and shower- I could go on and on- Guess we’re just out 30,000. I’ll probably never even use VRBO again because of this experience. The quality and standards just aren’t there.

We were very surprised and disappointed to read this review, as it’s not consistent with our standards or with the experiences of our many satisfied guests over the past 20 years of hosting. The guest stayed for seven days without ever contacting us to mention any issues — had we been made aware, we would have immediately addressed their concerns. After receiving this feedback, we asked the guest to please forward any photos so we could investigate, but they told us they didn’t have any and simply decided to leave immediately. Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival, and we take pride in maintaining a comfortable, well-kept environment for every guest. The guest also mentioned that they will “never use VRBO again,” which suggests broader frustration with the platform rather than with our home specifically. We’ve used VRBO for many years and have had countless wonderful guests through it. It remains an excellent and trusted platform for both travelers and property owners. We take cleanliness and guest satisfaction very seriously and remain committed to providing a positive experience for every visitor.
