Our vacation rental units were newly remodeled with your comfort in mind and come fully equipped with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. This unit is a two bedroom, 1 bath, with a pullout sofa in the living room for additional guests at 1st floor. You'll find views of ocean, Alice mountains, an idyllic waterfall at back yard. We'd love to have you as our guests and are happy to answer any questions you have as you plan your visit!

* Check-out time: 10 am
* Children under the age 13 are not allowed to stay for safety.
_ There is a small un-fenced pond in the backyard.
* Pets are not allowed on the premise including parking lot.
* Boat, camper, RV cannot be parked.
* Only registered guests can use facilities.
* Quiet time is between 10:30pm - 6:30am
* Cannot clean or grill fish indoors.

The house was remodeled with a modern finish to ensure a spotless, welcoming home for our guests. Each bedroom and sleeping area is thoughtfully fitted with blinds to help our guests get a good night sleep in the land of the Midnight Sun.
The kitchen features a large space for cooking and fully stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare meals and beverages.
