Our vacation rental units were newly remodeled with your comfort in mind and come fully equipped with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. This unit is a two bedroom, 1 bath, with a pullout sofa in the living room for additional guests at 1st floor. You'll find views of ocean, Alice mountains, an idyllic waterfall at back yard. We'd love to have you as our guests and are happy to answer any questions you have as you plan your visit!

IMPORTANT NOTE
* Check in time: After 4 pm - Before 9 pm
* Children under the age 13 are not allowed to stay for safety.
_ There is a small un-fenced pond in the backyard.
* Pets are not enter the accommodation or stay in the parking lot.
* Boat can not park.

The house was remodeled with a modern finish to ensure a spotless, welcoming home for our guests. Each bedroom and sleeping area is thoughtfully fitted with blinds to help our guests get a good night sleep in the land of the Midnight Sun.
The kitchen features a large space for cooking and fully stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare meals and beverages.

Perfect Location

The location is perfectly located and the host was very friendly and communicative. This chalet was very clean and well maintained. The only thing I would critique is they have quiet hours starting at 7:30 PM which is kind of early when we had laundry to do. However, the group above us were extremely loud and they had children jumping up and down right above us and woke us up several times throughout the night.

Alaska trekking trip

We stayed here on our last leg of an Alaskan Journey. We knew we would love Sewar, but we didn’t realize how much we would enjoy a beautiful clean comfortable place to stay that is close to everything. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Seward rental!

Highly recommend this property. Spotless - truly the cleanest rental I've ever had! Spacious, well-appointed, comfortable beds, great location, and a professional and helpful host. We would 100% return if we travel to Seward again, thanks for a great stay!

Excellent stay in Seward

Beautiful property within walking distance from the port. In 5 minutes we walked to the Kenai Fjords Cruise building. Our suite was spacious and perfectly equipped. Amazingly clean and comfortable. Steven welcomed us and was very kind in introducing us to the property and the area. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable place! Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious unit. It was clean, and we were quite comfortable. Steven was a wonderful host. All of downtown Seward is walkable from the house, too.

Seward surprise

Super clean and calling distance to marina

We stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and super clean. We walked down to the marina the two days we were there to shop and eat. It was very convenient to use as a jumping off spot to explore downtown and exit glacier. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home

Very clean and beautiful home. Walking distance to glacier cruise and restaurants. Host was easy to communicate with and greeted us when we arrived. Definitely recommend staying here

Great time in Seward

Everything was perfect. Steven is an excellent host who made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The condo is clean and very comfortable with a beautiful backyard and within walking distance of everything you might want to do in Seward. I highly recommend staying here

Amazing Place

This was the ideal spot for my family during our stay in Seward. Not only is this condo in an ideal location, it’s absolutely impeccable inside and out. The interior furnishings are welcoming and very comfortable. The outside is a truly special surprise with an amazing waterfall and gathering spot. Steven was an amazing host and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

This was a nice place to stay. The location was great and we encountered few issues in our stay, which were easily addressed. The place was very clean. There is a beautiful waterfall in the back of the place and seats to enjoy it. This is a good place for people who appreciate a quiet stay and don't want to stay up late partying. The owners/managers live on site and ask for quiet after 10pm. Check in was supposed to be by 9:00pm, which we did not know about and could not do, but we were able to make special arrangements and stayed very quiet upon our nearly midnight arrival. The refrigerator and cabinets were free of prior residents' items, which can be both good and bad. Good since you find a clean fridge and cabinets, but the downside is that you will have to buy everything incuding condiments, spices, sugar, coffee, etc. Also, I felt bad throwing away these items at the end of our week long stay. We appreciated the washer and dryer! We hiked most days and appreciated being able to wash our clothes. You may wish to bring a small nightlight for the restroom and night trips there, and an extension cord or power strip making it easier to plug in no matter which side of the bed you sleep on. Overall we had a great stay and would keep this on our places to stay list. Thanks to Steven and Mimi for their great hospitality.

Perfect Location

Well equipped, immaculate, and conveniently located condo. The condo is three tenths of a mile from the harbor and downtown. It has a beautiful backyard complete with waterfall. The condo has all amenities, the only downside is the spotty WIFI. I would highly recommend this location.

Convenient Seward Location

Seward isn't all that big so regardless of where we had been it probably would have still been convenient, but one of the activities we had signed up to do was literally across the street from this place which was nice. The house was clean and comfortable and everyone we met there was very nice. With four adults staying there it could have been nice to have an additional bathroom, but we made it work with no issue. We didn't know we'd want to use it, but greatly appreciated having the washer and dryer available (we spent an entire day out in the rain... well, actually pretty much the entire time we were in Seward it was raining! Can't control that though!) Depending on where you were the internet was spotty. That could have also been related to the number of people on it trying to use it. Overall we were happy with our stay! It had what we needed and we were cozy there!

Great location, but poor wifi

Great location for what we planned on doing, and house was modernized and well-equipped. However, the wifi was very, very inferior. So much so, that we had to use our mobile hotspots to watch the SmartTV. Also, we could not get the AC to regulate to our desired temp.

Beautiful home, Excellent location

We enjoyed our time at this location. It was clean, spacious, and very conviennent. The manager greeted us at check in and showed us around and was very helpful. The house and yard were beautiful.
