This 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental condo has unbeatable views of the Moab Golf Course, the La Sal Mountains, and the Moab Rim. The Master bedroom and second bedrooms have King beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. You will find all the comforts of home including washer/dryer, high speed internet, and a single car garage. The patio faces the 11th green of the scenic Moab Golf Course. Book early this one is very popular.

Quiet townhome near golf course

This place was in a quiet neighborhood near the golf course. It had a very nice totally private backyard, with wild turkeys! A peaceful retreat in a natural setting away from the busyness of downtown. I’d definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway to moab

Great location and cozy place to stay for a weekend. Very quiet neighborhood but will definitely need to drive to access any of Moab. Biggest complaint was the lack of communication and clarity with check-in. Was provided no info on how to access the unit and had to reach out to management.

Good house, kitchen was well solid with pans and basic seasonings. Location was perfect for Arches and both ends of Canyonlands.

Clean and Comfortable

I love the location of this condo. It’s close to town, but far enough away to be scenic and quiet. It’s elevated above the valley right on the golf course. Beautiful. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and all the amenities you need. Great.

Perfect Stay in Moab

A great condo for the Moab area. Close to town, 10 to 15 minutes to the Arches and about 35 to Canyon Lands. Everything we needed was provided. It took a little while for the AC to cool the condo, but it was close to 100 outside. Forget about making reservations to get into the Arches, just go before 6am. Best time of the day!

Fantastic spot , gorgeous property !

Absolutely spectacular setting and proximity to Arches and Canyonland NP! Property is SO beautiful and comfortable, with all amenities needed for a home base stay in Moab. I will definitely come back here for longer stay! Highly recommend!

Sleeping conditions

The only thing that made this stay less than stellar was the bed and bed linens. The master bedroom bed was lumpy and we could hear the springs creak at the slightest movement. The sheets were so old and worn they were scratchy and course (unlike the sheets reserved for owners on the top 3 shelves in the linen closet). The pillows were very worn and need replaced. The tile is falling out of the upstairs shower. I’d recommend updating mattresses and linens and I’d give this property 5 stars.

Decent stay

A short drive to Arches National Park which was very convenient. Didn’t have any problems with ants or spiders. The property was pretty clean. The condo does have a weird smell which was a little off putting but we didn’t spend a ton of time in it.

Family vacation

Perfect size home for a family. Great location and easy to find. We found a dead spider and stair were a bit dirty but overall a great experience.

Trip to moab

When we first got there was dirt on the walls and on the vents. The other parts of the house was clean. The next day we found ants and spiders throughout the house.

Could be so much better

This has so much potential as it has great views, a great location and plenty of space. However, there was dog hair everywhere, the smell of pet urine, spiders throughout, stained sheets, and dust. We spent two hours cleaning the house and washing things, requiring a trip to the store to buy lint rollers, and Lysol/cleaning supplies. We left the place much cleaner than when we arrived.

Fell short

Checking in process wasn't clear in advance. Ants in property were terrible, needs orkid asap. Hot & cold water is reversed on wash machine (helped to shrink some cloths). Was unable to change on our own. Wasn't the worst place we have rented in moab (10 separate 1 week rentals) it was however the 2nd worst.

Condo rental

It was very cute! And quite a bit of room for everyone. Beautiful location. NOT the cleanest place. I pulled the sheets back and found big long black hairs, wrinkles and a huge dead spider. When I went to change the sheets, there were only twin sheets in the closet and they were crumpled up in a ball on the shelf. Almost all the pots and pans I pulled out of the cupboards I had to wash before using....kind of annoying because paid so much for the place. But it was very cute, and Beautiful location
