Situated in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood this vacation home is centrally located just 2 miles from Folly Beach and 9 miles to downtown Charleston
This home is ideal for your family vacation at the beach . It is not for suitable for those coming to the beach to party.
After a day of sun and surf when you return to the house you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and then relax on the deck or screened in porch with a cold beverage.
The kitchen is well equipped for making meals and there is a major grocery store at the entrance to the neighborhood on Folly Road.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and 1/2 bath with a washer and dryer .
The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every guest.
There is a camera on the exterior of the home.

Great Place for Vacation

This property was perfect for our Annual Beach Trip, short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was spacious, comfortable and we really enjoyed the screened in porch!!! Lisa was very helpful and we hope to return again.

Beautiful home

The house was perfect for our stay. We have some remodeling going on at our home and needed a place to stay during the demolition. This house was wonderful! The property is pristine and the property manager made our stay beautiful! Would recommend this home 100%.

Christmas holiday

Our stay was wonderful! The house was spotless. The bedrooms are roomy with plenty of closet space in two bedrooms, and drawer space in all three bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and flatware, as well as extra towels and blankets we would definitely stay again!

Very pleasant stay

This place was very clean and inviting when we arrived. The accommodations were perfect for our group. We especially loved the deck and back porch. Nice breeze and a nice view. We give it a big thumbs up!

Thanksgiving stay

Very nice place to stay close to Folly Beach, 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Clean, comfortable and spacious for our family. Easy to deal with and everything was as expected.

Highly recommend for your stay on James Island.. It is a perfect location for your stay in the Charleston area... Very nice house with everything thing you would need it felt like we was at our own house... We will definitely be back to this property the next time we are in Charleston..

Hidden gem

We had a great stay at this location. The house is located in a prime spot if you are trying to spend a few days at the beach and close enough to downtown Charleston thats it's not a hassle to get back and forth. Pleny of space for a full family and lots to do within a 10 minute drive in either direction and a very convenient grocery store/gas station right across from the subsivision.

Labor Day Weekend w/ Fam

I stayed here for the weekend with my family and we all had a great time. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for cooking, and it was a quick 10 minute drive from the beach- very convenient. They left a guest book with plenty of great tips and advice. We really enjoyed the walk to the light house! Would stay here again.

Great Family Thanksgiving

Great house, neighbors and location for a family Thanksgiving get together. Lots to do and see but also good place to hang and watch football. Highly recommend Dukes BBQ and Crosby’s for seafood. Chico Feo in Folly Beach has good food and a great surfer dive bar atmosphere. Look forward to returning and exploring more of the area.

Amazing place to stay in Folley Beach

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this house. The house is better than described, its comfy, in an amazing location and the owners and manager were super fast to respond to our rquest when we couldnt find a bottle opener. Our group of 4 was very comfortable, the house is a quick drive to the beach or to downtown. We would all stay here again and commented multiple times throughout our stay that this property was absolutely perfect for our girls trip.

Great location for families!

We had a great time here! The house had everything we needed including condiments, coffee, and detergent. It was a great location with easy access to Folly beach and Charleston and with the grocery store 3 min up the road, we were able to grab anything we needed. It was so nice to have an outside shower for our return trips from the beach. There were super comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We would stay here again for sure!
