Welcome to Casa de la Costa!

Situated in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood this vacation home is centrally located just 2 miles from Folly Beach and 9 miles to downtown Charleston
This home is ideal for your family vacation at the beach . It is not for suitable for those coming to the beach to party.
After a day of sun and surf when you return to the house you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and then relax on the deck or screened in porch with a cold beverage.
The kitchen is well equipped for making meals and there is a major grocery store at the entrance to the neighborhood on Folly Road.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and 1/2 bath with a washer and dryer .
The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every guest.
There is a camera on the exterior of the home.

If you’re planning to visit both Folly Beach and Charleston this is a great place to stay! Driving distance to both locations is minimal and the neighborhood the house is located in has coastal beach charm. We really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect size for our family.

Great experience and awesome rental for our family vacation to Charleston SC! House was spotless and very nice. Safe and beautiful neighborhood. Lisa was an amazing host! She made everything easy with check in/out, house instructions, and was easily accessible. Excellent location to Folly Beach and to downtown Charleston.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood close to Folly Beach and about 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. The house had everything we needed and the owners were easy to communicate with. Next time I’ll bring my husband and stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location close to the beach but close to the city too. The deck and screen porch were wonderful to spend time on. Great communication with the host, as well. We would love to come back again!

Perfect Location

This house was wonderful for our quick weekend at Folly Beach to meet up with family. Great location, such a comfortable house, and host was so communicative! Definitely will look to stay here again!

Great Place for Vacation

This property was perfect for our Annual Beach Trip, short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was spacious, comfortable and we really enjoyed the screened in porch!!! Lisa was very helpful and we hope to return again.

Great location and everything was well maintained.

Loved the screened in porch and proximity to Folly Beach and James Island venues. Lisa was very responsive and we had no issues.
