Situated in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood this vacation home is centrally located just 2 miles from Folly Beach and 9 miles to downtown Charleston
This home is ideal for your family vacation at the beach . It is not for suitable for those coming to the beach to party.
After a day of sun and surf when you return to the house you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and then relax on the deck or screened in porch with a cold beverage.
The kitchen is well equipped for making meals and there is a major grocery store at the entrance to the neighborhood on Folly Road.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and 1/2 bath with a washer and dryer .
The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every guest.
There is a camera on the exterior of the home.

Lovely Getaway

Lovely house just up the road from Folly Beach. Plenty of space for five of us. Master bedroom is on the main floor, and the other two rooms are upstairs. This was great for my family members who don’t live stairs. You have access to the garage which was nice since we brought beach chairs and such. The manager was very good about getting back to us quickly if we had questions.

Perfect Location

This house was wonderful for our quick weekend at Folly Beach to meet up with family. Great location, such a comfortable house, and host was so communicative! Definitely will look to stay here again!

Great location and everything was well maintained.

Loved the screened in porch and proximity to Folly Beach and James Island venues. Lisa was very responsive and we had no issues.

Great location.

This was a great location for my family. The location was close to Foley Beach, Charleston and 30 minutes to relatives that live towards the plantations on 61.The house had plenty of space for our family. My husband and I took the main floor bedroom while our daughter and her family took the upstairs.The kitchen was well stocked. We found everything we were looking for.The house was clean. Lisa, the manager, responds quickly.We were happy to be here during our stay.

Christmas holiday

Our stay was wonderful! The house was spotless. The bedrooms are roomy with plenty of closet space in two bedrooms, and drawer space in all three bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and flatware, as well as extra towels and blankets we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

The house was perfect for our stay. We have some remodeling going on at our home and needed a place to stay during the demolition. This house was wonderful! The property is pristine and the property manager made our stay beautiful! Would recommend this home 100%.

A Nice Place To Stay

Hidden gem

We had a great stay at this location. The house is located in a prime spot if you are trying to spend a few days at the beach and close enough to downtown Charleston thats it's not a hassle to get back and forth. Pleny of space for a full family and lots to do within a 10 minute drive in either direction and a very convenient grocery store/gas station right across from the subsivision.

Great Family Thanksgiving

Great house, neighbors and location for a family Thanksgiving get together. Lots to do and see but also good place to hang and watch football. Highly recommend Dukes BBQ and Crosby’s for seafood. Chico Feo in Folly Beach has good food and a great surfer dive bar atmosphere. Look forward to returning and exploring more of the area.

Labor Day Weekend w/ Fam

I stayed here for the weekend with my family and we all had a great time. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for cooking, and it was a quick 10 minute drive from the beach- very convenient. They left a guest book with plenty of great tips and advice. We really enjoyed the walk to the light house! Would stay here again.

Great location and house!

We had a great time visiting Folly Beach and staying at this property. It was extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed during our stay including beach towels and an HDMI cable! Lisa’s communication was quick and easy and she was kind enough to accommodate a special request during our stay. The house is about a 10 minute drive from beach access and Lisa gave great information for parking, restaurants, etc in the area. The next time we come back we hope to stay here again!
