Could use a bit of cosmetic touchups, but overall a great place. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to Folly. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location

The house itself was good, however we didn’t spend too much time there besides sleeping and the late night hang. This spot is the perfect spot for a quick drive to folly beach and a short drive into Charleston. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Worked for our needs, but king size bed was on a queen frame so our small kids had to sleep on couch. Had ants in kitchen, but owner was responsive and got exterminator there that day. House needs a few repairs - Walls have a lot of scrapes, shower head in master coming out of wall, one of the electrical outlets was taped to wall. There wasn’t dish soap/ hand soap/ paper towels/ trash bags so we had to buy all of that.

Easter getaway.

Nice house fit our needs. Only negative was dishes in dishwasher were dirty. Not a big deal just ran dishwasher.

Excellent space for socializing

I was overjoyed to host all of my nephews and children enabling us to get together from all over the country and enjoy some time together! This was the perfect property for us! Excellent neighborhood! Quiet and friendly! Property itself is beautiful just as the pictures show! The flow of the living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room provided adequate space for all eight of us staying there and relatives visiting daily to socialize! The neighborhood was above expectations! The convenience of being so close to the beach was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked with pot, pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc. I'd also like to add that the garden tub in the master bathroom was a wonderful Oasis!

Great vacation weekend!

Nice weekend getaway to Charleston with friends and family. Very happy with the house. We were confused about the office mentioned in the listing; it is not a room, just another open area off the kitchen, with a small couch that folded open, not large enough for an adult to sleep on. We did adapt by adding an air mattress in one of the bedrooms. The pull-out in the living room looked to be a twin size.

Wedding weekend

The house was in a great location 8min from the beach which was very nice. Stores within 10m. However there were some minor and major issues with the property. Lots of things were broken. I reached out to the guest contact mainly about our toilet not working in the master bathroom the day we arrived. He said he would contact me back about fixing it but never did. So on my wedding day every time I used the bathroom I had to take the lid off the tank and manually place the flapper in position so the toilet would not constantly run. Also all 3 sinks in the bathroom just held water none of them drained. It took hours. Minor fixes but a major bummer when you’re getting ready for your wedding

The house was great for our needs. The refrigerator shelves were cracked but didnt cause us any issues. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain but the host was communicating with us and it didnt effect us too much. The kitchen is nice and spacious. Make sure to bring extra trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels with you. The master mattress was VERY comfortable! I would stay here again! Very convenient to Harris Teeter and the light to get on the road to beach is very helpful.
