Blue View is brand new construction! A classic soft modern Caribbean architecture set on a full acre with sweeping views from sunrise over Ram's Head to sunset over St. Thomas. It is a very special property sited with the utmost care to capture Leeward breezes with an unobstructed view to St. Croix 40mi away. Find the perfect amount of sun or shade you desire at any time during the day. Blue View is a separate villa located adjacent to our main villa and 6 minutes to Cruz Bay... then a few more minutes from some of the Caribbean's most idyllic white sand beaches.
Blue View features vaulted exposed beams ceilings and beautiful traditional St. John stonework. Blue View has 920 sq. ft. of total living space. Over 600 sq. ft. inside and 300 outside. Open almost 30 ft of sliding glass doors and the total space becomes as one. Blue View features A/C, TV, WIFI, new appliances and a King Size Simmons Beautyrest Black line mattress. The kitchen / living area has a new queen size comfort sleeper sofa with no springs or bars. The bathroom has a 10" rain shower head.

- We are usually available to meet you at the ferry and take you to your rental car provider. We will wait for you to get your car and you can follow us to Blue View.

- Please plan to arrive at Blue View no later than 8:00 pm. If you are arriving after 8:00 pm, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

This is a magical place! We came for our anniversary and loved every minute. Tim and Phyllis provide 5 star service. Highly recommended Blue View Villa! If we're ever in St. John we will most certainly try to book here again.

The property and villa were absolutely beautiful, Tim was a wonderful host, and the views from the bedroom and wraparound deck were stunning! Perfect place to stay for a couple - we will definitely be back!

Awesome vacation

Blue view is a great location with gorgeous views. Our hosts were great and gave us many suggestions on places to go or try. We are planning on coming back again, we had an amazing time.

Beautiful Villa

The villa is small but immaculate and all you need to stay on the island. Amazing views! The owners are very nice. They live next door so are available for help if needed but it still feels private enough.

Gorgeous spot in awesome location

Incredible views in a fantastic location. Wonderful hosts. We had a great time staying here and will definitely be back when/if it is just the 2 of us. The place is perfect for a couple and well stocked with everything that is needed for a great stay. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The seating outdoors was fantastic as well. We loved it all!!

Perfect spot for Annivesary getaway!

The villa and views are beautiful! Access to the villa was easy (particularly after being led there by Tim our first time up). Communicaiton with Tim was excellent from the day we booked. Can't wait to come back. A big thanks to Tim & Phyllis for sharing their beautiful home.

Beautiful Views

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we would we absolutely recommend this villa. It has stunning views and was very clean. Tim was very helpful as it was our first time in St John and he provided recommendations for car rentals, activities, and places to eat. He also took the time to pick us up from the ferry dock and drove us to pick up our jeep. We had an excellent time and will definitely be back!

Blue’ est View Indeed

Spent 3 weeks in the USVI in June 2020 and the Blue’ est View was hands down the most spectacular, scenic stop along the way. Tim and Phyllis were the most helpful and gracious hosts, going out of their way to assist me in my travels. Can’t say enough for the awesome vista off of Rendezvous Bay, I will surely be back. Thank you!!!!

Amazing Stay in St. John

We just returned from a week on St. John staying at Blue View Villa. It was a great experience all around. As others have stated Tim was extremely helpful, meeting us at the ferry dock and helping us pickup our rental Jeep and getting us to the Villa. Blue View is exactly as described. It was perfect for us, a couple spending a week on the island. The views are incredible, it was clean, and had everything we could have asked for. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future, in fact we are already booked for next year. Thanks Tim for being a great host!

Simply Fabulous!

My husband and I had a glorious four night stay. The owners were accommodating and even assisted us with rental car pick up. The property is beautiful. Gorgeous view, gorgeous architecture, and plenty spacious. Cooktop, fridge, outdoor grill, toaster and microwave for any cooking you may want to do. Located within a few minutes of Cruz bay where all the shopping and restaurants are and a short 10-12 minute drive to the beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this property. It is a slice of paradise!!!!!

Beautiful villa with an amazing view!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Blue View Villa and the owners were responsive and very helpful during the check in process. We were already on island and needed to check out of another villa by 10:00 AM and Tom and Phyllis were kind enough to let us drop off our ‘stuff’ early so we didn’t have to cart it around. The view from the villa was amazing and everything is in working order and new. Comfortable bed and pillows and an incredible view to wake up to. Definitely would rent again because of the location, the view, great villa and wonderful owners. Thank you Tim and Phyllis!

Amazing Views!

Our Villa in St John was simply put ... Beautiful! The ocean views were breathtaking. Each morning we woke to the sunrise and opened the sliders to hear the waves below as we drifted back to sleep. We were delighted with our accommodations. Beach towels, 2 chairs and a cooler accompanied us to all of the beaches. Our villa was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but quite close to the grocery store and Cruz Bay restaurants and shopping. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in this brand new villa. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you Tim and Phyllis we will be returning to St John and will definitely be booking with you again!

Tim is the consummate host! Appreciated his immediate responsiveness to all of our questions pre arrival and during our stay. Took immediate care of replenishing the gas for the grill, met us at the ferry when we arrived, and provided an abundance of suggestions for dinner, beach activities, and overall highlights to enjoy on island. The Villa was beyond our expectations! Sunrise and sunsets viewed daily from the outdoor patio are not to be missed and spectacular. The views are truly amazing as is the quiet privacy. Blue View Villa was a perfect oasis and retreat for this extremely busy couple, but the access to Cruz Bay and the beaches was also incredible. Thank you Tim and Phyllis for creating and sharing this piece of heaven on earth with us!

Breathtaking Views!

We spent two weeks in this wonderful villa with breathtaking views. This was our fifth year (9 weeks total) vacationing on St. John and Blue View Villa has the best views we have ever experienced from our accommodations! While the villa is on the smaller side, it is perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable and both air conditioners worked well! There are also large ceiling fans in the kitchen/living room and bedroom. It does not have an oven (in case anyone is looking for that) but we would not have used it anyway. We prefer to eat out (Dave & Jerry’s, Lime Inn, La Tapa, Extra Virgin Bistro, The Terrace, Lovango Rum Bar, Northshore Deli, Shambles, Greengos, etc.) We did use the grill twice and Tim quickly brought us tongs when we requested them, as they live in the house connected to the villa by a long patio. (There is a door the separates the patio connection.) Tim and Phyllis were wonderful hosts! The villa is very close to Cruz Bay (as mentioned in the listing) but you still need a Jeep (or 4WD) to get around the island. Overall, a fabulous place to stay on St. John! Thank you again!

We came for a last minute holiday and loved every moment! The villa itself is immaculate and has the most breathtaking views. The pictures are stunning- but in person are spectacular. Tim and Phyllis provide 5 star service. Tim is highly communicative and provided a detailed overview of St. John. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Amazing property and hosts. Tim was very communicative, picked us up at the ferry, took us to the jeep rental and gave us an overview of the island. The property looks exactly like the pictures but better. The views from the patio are spectacular. The location is close enough to Cruz Bay but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this property.

Best Views on the Island and a Great Host

My wife and I stayed here for a week, and we absolutely loved the place. The views are phenomenal, and we loved the location with its isolated feel but close proximity to Cruz Bay. We enjoyed the nice breezes that you get being elevated, and the star gazing after coming in from dinner was great. The bed was comfy, and the views from the bed can’t be beat. If it wasn’t for wanting to get out and explore the different parts of the island and countless beaches, we could’ve spent even more time lounging with those views. Tim was the perfect host, from picking us up at the dock to take us to our rental vehicle, to giving recommendations on a variety of things to do and places to eat, to even helping us get cash after we forgot our ATM card and were in a pinch. We look forward to returning, hopefully some day soon.

New Year’s Vacation

Tim and Phyllis were amazing hosts! The villa is better than the pictures and the pictures are pretty great! We could not be happier with our location and the panoramic views we saw daily from sunrise to sunset. Tim met us at the ferry and helped us with our bags and getting to the Jeep rental. We followed him to the villa and over the course of our stay he offered many suggestions and highlights of things to do and see throughout the island. They make you feel like you’re at your home away from home but in paradise. We will be back!!

Better IRL

The property was beautiful, but the views from the bed are on two sides. It was overwhelmingly beautiful waking up and seeing 2 walls of sea each morning. You can hear the sounds of waves crashing below. It was paradise.

Phyllis and Tim retired to St. John in August 2017. We spent one week in paradise before Hurricane Irma totally destroyed our two story wood frame and glass home. We were tied to a small floor safe in the Master Bathroom with our kitty cat. We came out without a scratch eight hours later. Since that time we have been working to transform what was once here into a beautiful soft modern Caribbean masonry property.

This location was originally purchased and constructed in the early 1980's when St. John was not very developed. So the owner was able to purchase this exclusive location. Not many properties on St John afford both sunrise and sunset views. Blue View is located 200 ft. above sea level so you also get the best of the cool trade winds and the sound of the waves meeting the rocks below at the same time. It's a perfect location for sun or shade at anytime during the day.
We are conveniently located just six minutes from Cruz Bay.
