The unit is situated in a lovely, resort-style gated community that features a clubhouse, heated pool, gym, Wi-Fi, and complimentary parking. This apartment is a perfect retreat and offers full privacy as each room provides separate access to the bathroom.
The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and all necessary kitchenware. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, and an additional 1 sleeping space is available in the living room on a non-extensible sofa bed. The spacious living room is equipped with a 65-inch flat-screen Smart TV, cable, Netflix (guests' own credentials ), and private high-speed Internet access. The bedroom is also equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV. Step out onto your private balcony with comfortable patio seating.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and beach towels are provided.
The complex is conveniently located minutes from Dunedin, Largo, Indian Rocks Beach, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, and Honeymoon Island.
