This three bedroom/three bath house is immaculate. Located in the desirable Park Hill neighborhood, this home offers the perfect location to walk to Shamel Park, Moonstone Beach and Downtown Cambria!

You will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor of this home. Upstairs is the main living area as well as the master bedroom with a beautiful en suite. **Please note that due to water restrictions the jacuzzi bathtub in the master is non-functional.**

This home offers beautiful cherry hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as a dual sided gas fireplace-- perfect for a cozy evening. Enjoy sunsets with your family and friends from the deck or take a stroll down to the beach to search for sea glass and Moonstones! This rental is truly perfect for your next Cambria getaway, the location is simply ideal!

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast. The famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures!

We would rent here again!

We had a very comfortable stay. Loved the fireplaces, the view of the ocean and the lovely yard & porches! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect getaway

So comfy and peaceful. Very clean, needed nothing, very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer, but will be back.

Beautiful Location, Beautiful Home

This house is in a great location with great views of the ocean and an easy walk to the Fiscalini Preserve and Shamel Park which has beach access. The house was very clean and everything was as advertised. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Great location

Check-in was a breeze. We loved the proximity to Cambria, the ocean, Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, Highway One, and central coast wineries! The house was clean, spacious and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the ocean views, the three fireplaces, and our daily walks along the paths in Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Wonderful getaway!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying in this house. We are a family of four, two adults and two children aged 5 and 8. The split level layout of the house was perfect, and the location was great. We could walk to the beach, the park, and the nature preserve. The beds were comfortable and the towels and linens cozy. We would book this house again.
