This rental comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests offering a king bedroom and three queens. The layout features the master bedroom, kitchen, dining area and living room on the upper level, while the lower level has two queen bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen flows into the open living space, allowing for dinner prep with fabulous views.
Enjoy countless sunsets while watching ocean life and sipping on a local glass of wine from the comfort of this rental! Whether you're relaxing in the hot tub or gathering on the deck, each evening promises a memorable experience filled with relaxation and the beauty of the Central Coast!

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. Wonderful Home Near the Ocean and Park

This property is a spacious open concept, well-equipped, comfortable home in a great location. Some highlights for our family were the hot tub on back private deck that remains heated, views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom, quiet neighbors, ideal location for walks morning, noon, and night, close proximity to the Fascalini Ranch Preserve, large two-car garage, stocked kitchen for cooking meals, comfortable beds and furniture, and decor well appointed decor and details. We were comfortable for our 10 day stay and could've easily extended our time. This place is a true winner!We appreciate the friendly, kind people at Breen, and have always been warmly welcomed! Thank you for this recommendation, it met the mark!

House was perfect for enjoying Cambria and our friends. We prepared wonderful dinners there after wine tasting and visiting SLO.

Enjoyed our stay at Cambria Escape

This was our family's first visit to Cambria, and we were fortunate to have selected this comfortable and well appointed home for our stay. We enjoyed everything about the home and the beautiful surroundings, and will definitely consider renting this home again for a return trip.

Perfect Getaway

We had a family gathering of Baby Boomer vintage siblings. Great accomodation with a nice view, and easy access to the shore. It was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

An unforgettable experience

My family and I spent 5 days in this beautiful property and we felt right at home. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, we had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. The balcony with an ocean view and the hot tub were a definite plus! Communication with the property managers was exceptional! Highly recommend it and would love to stay there again ourselves!

Convenient and Comfortable

Good location with nice ocean view; comfortable living space and master bedroom. A lot of stairs, so folks with limited mobility should take note.

Cambria Escape

The house was beautiful and had a well stocked kitchen. We cooked at home and enjoyed the views most of our days in Cambria. The walk to the beach was lovely and the proximity to the trails was pretty awesome....there were plenty of beautiful walks taken.

Great extended family retreat.

Beautiful ocean views! Room for seven adults to sit comfortably in the living room. Central location. Walk to ocean edge hiking. Fully equipped kitchen. A wonderful time had by all!
