A full kitchen and great floor plan make this newer built carriage house clean, bright and comfortable. You will love the coziness of this charming two story carriage apt over the garage. Lots of windows and proximity to Rosemary Beach cafes and the beach itself make this a very popular property!

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

Highly highly recommend Madison Cottage in Rosemary Beach. This place is absolutely perfect for a couple looking for a place close to the shops and beach for a romantic time. Beautifully set up, and the communication leading up to and during the stay was excellent. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Madison Carriage in Rosemary Beach, just south of 30-A. The carriage house was perfect for my wife and me—clean, comfortable, and ideally located within easy walking distance of the beach, pool, restaurants, and shops. It was incredibly convenient to have everything we wanted so close by.The host was fantastic and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the entire experience was seamless.If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to add some drawers upstairs for clothing storage. That said, it’s a very minor point and certainly wouldn’t keep me from giving Madison Carriage a solid five stars.We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for a couple looking for a comfortable place in Rosemary Beach!

Just leave your bags and toiletries downstairs and only go upstairs to sleep. The carriage house is lovely, and like everyone else, my only complaint is that the bathroom is downstairs.

Amazing all around. Location is spectacular (close proximity to town, gate I beach access and the pools on the west side of town). The house is perfect for a small family. Check-in and check-out was beyond smooth, property management was super responsive and helped with bike rentals, beach chairs, etc. Will definitely be back!

Lovely carriage house, conveniently located close to beach access, well maintained, very nice family who owns it, it was wonderful to have garage access. We loved staying here and hope to again.

Beautiful Cottage and Great Location!

Perfect location only a short walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. Rosemary Beach is a quaint and fun place for a great getaway.

There was not a beach view from this carriage house and the outdoor sitting area was not facing the beach. The carriage house itself was comfortable and enjoyable for us as a couple. The kitchen was really small but we did limited cooking so it was Ok for us. Location is perfect - close to beach access H and pool as well as Main Street.

My husband and I can’t stop talking about our stay here! It was the perfect location, so close to everything. Everything felt clean and the property managers were incredibly responsive. We can’t wait to book again!

The Madison Carriage house is in a quiet location that's steps away from the beach. The living room is spacious with a large sectional and smaller sofa while the kitchen is small, with room for only one person at a time. The bed in the loft was comfortable but it would have been helpful to have a dresser to store clothes. The only disappointment was that the carriage house didn't have access to an outdoor grill. Rosemary Beach hosts a farmer's market on Sundays, which was a great discovery. We purchased fresh fish and crab cakes. At the intersection of 30A and Hwy 98, there's a shopping complex with an underground pedestrian and bike path. Goatfeathers Fish Market has a location there along with a variety of restaurants to explore.

Quaint and Comfy

We had a great stay and a great time at Madison Cottage. The Rosemary Beach area is inviting with lots of shops and restaurants. The beach is beautiful and clean.

Great for Couple

This was our second stay at Madison Carriage. It’s perfectly situated between the beach and all the restaurants and shopping in Barrett Square with each being no more than a 5 minute walk.

The perfect beach stay

The Maddison Carriage was amazing. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed to make the most out of our beach vacation. Everything was a short walk from the property and we were pleased to find the garage had everything you need for a day at the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.
