This 1100 square foot 2 bedroom 1 bath home is in a private setting 1/4 mile from Long Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in the region. You can spend time relaxing in this peaceful setting and be only 6 miles from Traverse City with all its excitement. Sleeping Bear Dunes and historic Leland fish town are a 40 minute drive. Tennis courts and basket ball courts are in walking distance from the house, and The Timbers is a4 minutes drive from the house , which is a hikers destination. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes microwave, dishwasher, Kuerig coffee maker, crock pot, linens dishes and silverware for your convenience. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and UHD smart tv. All bedding and towels are supplied. There is also a queen sofa sleeper. The living room has a 55" UHD Smart TV with Spectrum Cable service, high speed internet, Alexa, and WIFI. The laundry room has a LG front load washer and dryer and is stocked with laundry supplies for your use. A fire pit, gas grill and patio set are located in a private backyard setting.
