Welcome to the Butterscotch Suite—a sunny Old Town condo with warm orange and golden yellow tones that create a cheerful, inviting atmosphere. This refreshed space features cozy queen beds, blackout shades, and thoughtful touches that make it an easy place to relax between adventures in Fort Collins.

Start your day with pastries from Bread Fellow and a walk through Old Town’s charming boutiques. In the evening, enjoy dinner at The Regional, sip margaritas on The Rio’s patio, or catch live music at Magic Rat.

This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 6 | Upper Level

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener

BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

Perfect Location

Fort Collins is beautiful. It was our first time there and we couldn't have picked a better location. Nestled right in Old Town and an easy walk into all the shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and updated. Highly recommend!

Parents Night Out

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo was clean, the perfect size for the two of us couples and close walking distance to Old Town which worked perfect for dinner and drinks as well as breakfast the next morning!

Fall visit

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great! It was still close to everything, but still private and quiet.

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience at this property. It is super close to Old Town with its many shops and restaurants. The host was super helpful with all of our questions. We would stay here again.

Lovely and close to Old Towne

Stayed with family and it was comfortable and well appointed. We loved long walks into old town every day. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location to walk to Old Town

Place was very clean when arrived, we had one issue that was resolved very quickly. Location is perfect to walk to Old Town. Very quiet building. Would stay here again!

Just what we needed

Great condo that fit 6 of us right in old town. Had a parking spot! Extra linens, nice and clean. Great stay.

Great location and very clean

I really loved staying here. Here are a few notes:LOCATION: It was a 10 minute walk to everything that I wanted to do. It was also nice to have dedicated parking in the back area. PROPERTY: It was a little dated/retro in some areas like bathroom sink but shower had been updated and was very nice and spacious. The place was also EXTREMELY clean. I appreciated the hand soap, dish liquid, coffee and some condiments being there already. No dishwasher so if you plan on cooking a meal count on hand washing all the dishes. Well equipped with games, blankets, pillows, towels etc but could not find any scissors.CHECK IN: They sent me the door code for checking in. It was nice to not have to keep up with keys. CHECK OUT: We were expected to strip beds, clean dishes, and take out trash before leaving. I think most of this is expected but really did not like stripping the beds. I suggest taking that off the list.

Location is spot on

Blocks away from many options. Bike paths, restaurants, breweries, ice cream, you name it! AC worked great. Exactly what we needed for a home base during our time in Fort Collins.

Anniversary Celebration

We were in Fort Collins celebrating our wedding anniversary and found this property to be in the perfect location! We were within walking distance to Old Town. The unit was very clean and just what we expected. We would definitely rent from Stacy again.

Perfect Location!

This cute little flat was perfect for our family’s visit to Fort Collins. It has free parking and is a short walk to Old Town Fort Collins. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly and in just a few blocks you find yourself in the vibrant downtown. The rental staff texted me on my arrival day and offered me a number to text them about any issues and questions. They were incredibly responsive, even for the dumbest questions (such as where the volume button was on the TV remote control). We would stay here again without doubt.

Nice Apartment in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient. Easy walk to Old Town and to the Greenway. The apartment was very clean and all the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything we needed although we never cooked in it. No dishwasher. There is a small window A/C unit in the living room which keeps that room cool. But the bedrooms were quite toasty while we were there even with the fan and open windows. Also the property manager is very strict with checkin and checkout times. We waited outside an empty condo till 4pm to avoid extra fees.

Good location but old property apartment.

Decent property for the money. Check in and check out times were ridiculous. 4:00pm to 10:00 am. Kitchen is very old with newer appliances. Functional but shows it’s age. AC is a window unit in family room only so place gets very hot. Both bedroom ceiling fans made horrible noise. Had to run the box fan to cool down and drown out fan noise. Smelled of smoke inside despite there being no smoking. People below us were smoking at stairwell so maybe that’s why. Probably wouldn’t stay in these apartments again.

Excellent Location

After days of exploring Fort Collins and Rocky Mountain National Park is was wonderful to be so close to downtown. No need to get back in the car, it was a short pleasant walk.

Visiting daughter at college

We were visiting our daughter at CSU. The apartment building was humble brick on the outside, surrounded by adorable 100+ year old homes. It is walking distance to stores and downtown FOCO. The apartment was newly renovated on the inside. Nice floors, with some carpet in the bedroom which is good for winter. The beds were very comfy. We were excited to find the playing cards with instructions for 5 crowns, one of our favorite games. The kitchen was a blend of vintage cabinets and hardware with new counter tops. Appliances worked well. We stayed there a few days and cooked meals as well as took advantage of the Downtown FOCO. We donated ice cube trays and dish soap to make our stay more comfortable :-) We would easily come back as the price and location was perfect.
