We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was our first time staying at Indian Rocks Beach and we loved the location. The water park was very convenient and lots of fun. The owners had great communication and were very responsive. The property was extremely clean and had all of the essentials. Thanks for a great week!

We thoroughly enjoyed this location. The patio facing the Intercoastal waterway was always entertaining. Between all the wildlife and boats of all sizes, we were constantly seeing new and interesting things.The condo itself was perfect for us and our occasional visitors. 2 bedrooms with bathroom suites were perfect. Our guests enjoyed the waterpark and concessions.We found the location perfect for making day trips to other towns, shopping and sightseeing spots.The hosts were great at responding to a minor problem with the A/C and needing a lightbulb changed. They called immediately and came to within 20 minutes.We would definitely stay there again, if and when we decide to head to FL again.

Great stay for kids

We really enjoyed our stay and my kids loved the water park option. Indian rocks beach is our favorite vacation spot and we definitely happened upon some great new to us places this trip! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed the space in the condo. It was well stocked, had a balcony overlooking the intercoastal, very clean!! We wish the water park water would have been warmer.

Perfect getaway for the family!

The condo was amazing and really set up well if you're traveling with an infant! Patti and Nate really went all out and have a ton of extras that made our stay easy and amazing. Great location next door to the water park and a short walk to the beach. My family loved it!

Great location, clean unit

The place is in a great location. Beach is close, waterpark is great for kids. Hotel right across has an arcade and great restaurant. There are a ton of restaurants and a cute ice cream shop within walking distance. Property managers provided great communication.

Spacious, well-kept condo in ideal location

Comfortably furnished and clean, this condo has much to recommend it. What we enjoyed most was the sizeable deck overlooking the inland waterway with a peek of the Gulf on the side. It is an easy walk to the beach and a number of favorite restaurants.

Awesome family friendly Condo

We had a wonderful week long stay here. The condo was super clean, plenty of room for our family, so nice to have the kitchen fully equipped with what we needed and CVS, restaurants, beach access is in walking distance. The water park was an amazing perk. we’d absolutely stay there again for the nice condo, location and walkability. Overall such an awesome vacation.

Clean place with everything needed!

This was our second stay at Harbourside, and it won’t be our last! This unit was clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation! We also had the opportunity to meet Patti who was very nice and greeted us warmly. Would definitely come back!

Family trip

Great spot for family, water park and pool access made it so easy. condo was fully stocked with beach items, the ocean was walking distance as well as CVS and restaurants. It was clean, beds were comfy, hosts were extremely responsive. The area was quite busy and the water park was often packed, but as the condo is in the back area it was a little quieter. Definitely perfect for young families.

Good rental, good location

We enjoyed our stay at this rental unit, including use of the waterpark while we were there. The location was perfect for quick access to the beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from, ice cream, and shops. It is a place we would come back to.The one downside was having some, but not all, key amenities in the location. Not having things, like replacement trash bags and toiler paper, was tougher as we didn't plan for that and had to go out and buy while in town.

Another awesome stay!

This is our second time staying at this property. It was VERY clean and had all the necessities we needed. It really is the perfect vacation for families. We hit the beach in the mornings, lunch at the condo, waterpark in the afternoon. It's easy. I already miss sipping my morning coffee on the balcony spotting dolphins and manatees. PERFECTION! We'll be back!

Relaxing beach vacation

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. We found it to be exactly as described by the hosts. The location of this property is convenient for walking to the beach or to local restaurants. If you wanted, there is a fun waterpark attached. The real fun is on the balcony overlooking the waterway. There are birds, boats and dolphins to keep you entertained. The sunsets are beautiful! We really liked this location, during our 5 night stay. We had one rainy morning and found we enjoyed lounging around being lazy in the condo. This condo is convenient, clean and comfortable!

Immaculate condo has everything including the most thoughtful owners you could hope to work with!

My family has been staying in and around Clearwater for 10 years on our family vacations and this is the first review I have felt compelled to write. Usually, the vacation rentals are just okay but this was something really special. I'm a self-proclaimed germ-a-phobe and am always spending countless hours perusing pictures of rentals and reading reviews to ensure my family ends up somewhere CLEAN, well-maintained and in a great vacation location close to everything. I hit the vacation jackpot with Splash Harbor #417 staying with David and Veronica. This condo is immaculate. The beds are so comfortable and the linens and decor is beautiful and so well-kept. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of this condo. I usually have to bring my own sheets and blankets and spend a lot of time making our vacation rental just like home. This is the first time I did not have to do that, we jumped right into our vacation time! There is a pizza shop, water park, ice cream kitchen, pub and seafood restaurant with live music all within walking distance. Literally convenient to EVERYTHING even a CVS for the little last minute things. Aside from the fact that the condo is fabulous, the owners are so thoughtful. They have children of their own and KNOW kids. They have literally everything that we forgot from strollers to baby wipes! There is a washer and dryer on site and we received 4 FREE Splash Park passes that we used every day to entertain the kids. I don't want to make this too long but I can't believe I left this vacation with literally zero complaints. We slept great, used the kitchen that was already stocked with drinking water, coffee and paper plates....everything we could ever need was already there for us. David and Veronica checked in with us upon arrival and made themselves available if we needed anything at all. We didn't need anything until we were on our trip home and realized we had forgotten "Chris", our 4-year old's beloved Elf on the Shelf. He was on the chandelier and my husband and I forgot him. It was Christmas Eve's Eve and we were panic stricken. I called Dave and Veronica and they (without me even asking) offered to over night Chris to our house for arrival on Christmas Eve. I can't even think about ever staying anywhere else again. These owners will literally be friends of ours for life. Stay here at Indian Rocks

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was a super easy process. The condo was well stocked with items and very clean. We walked two blocks to the beautiful beach. The water park was a great option and super fun. Great local restaurants and coffee shop in walking distance. Definitely would recommend you stay here!
