The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. My grandson loved the “play room” and the toys. The location was close to many outdoor sites that we enjoyed visiting. Local restaurants were also great and were within walking distance. The host took very good care of us. We had a great time!

The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of counter space for cooking, double oven, and grill.Robert is very easy to work with and truly wants your stay to be memorable.The house was clean and comfortable. The master suite is amazing. The view of Palmer Lake is wonderful. Stairs for elderly parents in their late 80s was the only downside.

The home is very clean and well maintained. The location has easy access, complete with beautiful views of the mountains and lake. It was a perfect accommodation for our family gathering and will look to go back sometime soon.

Would stay here again

The owner was attentive and responsive to our requests/needs. Very comfortable place in a quiet setting that is accessible to all the amenities the CO Springs area has to offer.

Robert and his family have made this home a great place to stay. We stayed with our two pups to be closer to a wedding venue, the space was perfect for our group to get ready, kept us all entertained with the games and amenities, and had spectacular views of the town and wildlife. I highly recommend staying here thank you for having us!

The host is so kind and accommodating. The house is beautiful and spotless with so many extras to make the stay enjoyable. Waking up to the view of the lake and deer munching on the trees in the surrounding yards is a bonus! We loved our stay and highly recommend this property for families.

Great house!

Lake Palmer is a great small town and close to many area attractions. The house was fantastic and had all the things we needed! Host was great at communication.

Perfect for a family getaway!

We enjoyed everything about this home! The views were beautiful! The included amenities were what made it, our family enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and the game room. Many hours of foosball, ping pong, and air hockey were played.

This properly was very welcoming to pets. Outstanding property and host!! My daughter and her friend loved the bikes and trails. The restaurants across the lake were very good. Beautiful location and house. Everything is as listed and then some. The host is an amazing individual. Easy to talk to and very responsive. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. There are so many extras and the kitchen is really stocked and made it easy to cook for a big group. We will definitely be back.

Colorado Weekend

This home on Palmer Lake was very comfortable, well furnished, clean and inviting! My husband and I were in town for a long weekend of nonstop events and we were able to relax here each evening. Robert was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and very responsive/accommodating! I’d stay here again and again. The view of the lake and mountains was beautiful!

The house was well suited for our needs, was extremely clean, and well stocked. The host was very attentive. There is a train that whistles close by but for my family it just added to the charm of the area. There are pickleball courts within walking distance. If you have elderly or handicapped guests there are 15 steps to the main living area on the second floor which includes the kitchen, master, and kid's bunk room which might pose a problem for those less mobile.We would definitely recommend for families especially if you have a pet. We didn't detect any pet odors.Just be aware of bears after dark as we had one run in front of our car late one evening.

Outstanding property. First class, new appliances, furnishings, everything. Kayaks, bikes, ping pong, fishing poles (property on Palmer Lake) all provided with rental, as well as hot tub. Great location in scenic little town of Palmer Lake, awesome hike up the two reservoirs for those inclined. Our host Robert was fantastic to work with, lived the house and our stay.

Great Experience

Gorgeous home overlooking Palmer Lake CO. We stayed overnight with my father who is wheelchair bound and my 3 pups. The house was fully stocked with everything. Definitely a Superhost. Would definitely stay again. Gorgeous views.
