Spacious two bedroom condo located within the beautiful Omni Resort. These units are across the street from the beach access and are a perfect location for a family stay.

Master bedroom features a King size bed, TV, and a newly upgraded shower. Second bedroom has two Twin beds. Living room has large flat screen TV with cable and a premium package upgrade. High speed wireless internet access is also available.

Easily enjoy all the amenities and activities the plantation has to offer including swimming, hiking, golf, tennis, biking, and fishing.

We loved the location w walking/ biking trails all around. This is across the street from the beach so perfect for beach lovers while still being quiet and peaceful.The condo was comfortable w easy check in and check out. Exactly as descriped. We would come back.

Awesome condo! Inwould suggest new towels as they were dingy and thin and the king mattress needs replaced.

Beds are awful. Period. Do not rent this place until mattresses have been replaced. Amelia Island Rentals, the leasing agent not the owner takes zero responsibility for the:-Clogged tub (a plumber was called but issue was on going due to jug of draino)-1 towel person for 3 nights stay and no laundry detergent provided-No prior notice of repaving the parking lot during our stay with dump truck noise at 7am-Inoperable elevatorBesides issues above I do not recommend this rental for anyone with limited mobility it is a long walk to the beach, crossing the street is the easy part the board walk is long winding. You need a wagon to make the hike with your beach gear or arrange for a chair rental. Needless to say not satisfied with the issues we encountered during our stay for the price of this rental.

The condo was recently purchased by a new owner who is planning updates, including replacing the furniture and mattresses. We have shared your comments regarding the bed with the owner. The plumbing issue was reported after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, and we had a plumber on-site within approximately two hours to resolve the clog. We take maintenance concerns seriously and responded as quickly as possible. Our listing clearly states that we provide a starter supply of essentials, including laundry detergent. Housekeeping also provides two bath towels per registered guest. We were not contacted during your stay regarding missing detergent or towels, so we were not given the opportunity to address those concerns. The elevator is maintained by the condominium association, not our management company, and the parking lot paving project was also coordinated by the association. We were not notified of the work in advance, and therefore could not provide guests with prior notice. Finally, the listing accurately describes the property's location, and many guests enjoy the beach access. However, as with many oceanfront communities, there is a boardwalk leading from the parking area to the beach, and guests with mobility concerns may wish to consider this when selecting accommodations. MOLD, MOLD, MOLD

Mold was found in the bathrooms and storage closet shortly after unpacking. No response from the rental agency that evening. Called next morning and was told it was only mildew, it wasn't and I have pictures of the mold. I was having breathing issues and we left the unit so they could send someone to check it out. It was after 2pm before they showed and just sprayed with a clorox cleaner and turned on the vents, which stirred it up. I went from breathing difficulties to full on asthma attack. They didn't have another suitable unit to move us to that evening. So we packed up and located a hotel. I am still dealing with breathing issues a week later and they haven't refunded any of our money. The mold appears is from a leak from the unit above. According to other owners in the building, this has been a known issue that hasn't been fixed for almost a year. Also, the pool was closed and green and the toilet was slow to flush. They kept saying there were other pools to use but wouldn't send the info as to which ones. I can not recommend this unit until the mold issue is addressed and leak repaired.

Easy place to stay!

The check in process was simple. The furniture was comfortable and there was seating for a large group! A couple small maintenance issues were fixed quickly and communication was prompt. The place just seems to have had some hard use and needs a little TLC but the weather was perfect, location was amazing, and overall we had an amazing week!

Omni amenities, cheaper price.

We always enjoy staying at the Omni Resort. This condo was centrally located and is spacious enough for a family of four. The carpet really needs to be replaced and it needs a thorough cleaning, but it met our needs. The VRBO charge and cost from the rental company didn’t match; so, we had to work that out with the rental company. They were friendly and accommodating.

Nice Place to Stay

2021 Beachwood was a nice play to stay for our beach vacation. It was clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located within the Amelia Island Plantation property and within walking distance to the beach. We had a great week there!
