Bonita Beach Condo #17 on the second floor offers you a relaxing beach atmosphere. The unit is well appointed to make your stay comfortable on the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches.

Secure WiFi is included.

The Master Bedroom offers a KING sized bed, Flat-screen T.V., DVD player, ceiling fan, chair and a dresser. The Master Bath offers a large walk in shower, double vanity, and walk in closet.

The second Master Bedroom offers a KING sized bed, T.V., dresser, ceiling fan, and a private full bath.

The third Bedroom offers Two Queen sized beds, T.V., ceiling fan, chair, and a dresser. There is a full guest bath just outside the third bedroom.

The living area consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room that overlook the balcony and beaches.

The living room offers a sofa with sleeper, a love seat, two occasional chairs chairs, ottoman, a large Smart Flat Screen LED T.V. and DVD player and Apple TV device.

The flooring throughout is tiled in a textured neutral tile.

The beaches are just steps from the large balcony. Balcony furniture consists of six wooden counter height Adirondack style chairs.

The pool is conveniently located near the unit.

Parking and guest parking is located directly in front of the unit.

Bonita Beach Condo is on the Gulf of America at 17921 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Approximately 2 miles West of Hwy 79 at Front Beach Road.

Bonita Beach consists of 20 units. 10 first floor units, 1-10 and 10 second floor units, 11-20.

This property was wonderful! We were right on the beach in an area not super crowded. The condo is clean and beautiful, and included everything we needed. Communication with the host was quick and very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Best view of the Gulf and the Beach of anywhere we have ever stayed at.

If your main objective is the view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach ...this is the property for you.

We enjoyed the beautiful house and location. Owners are pleasant and easy to interact with. Parking is easy. Beach access very simple and private.

Perfect location for family vacation!

Everything was great! David’s communication was wonderful and the location is perfect. Being beach front made toting the kids back and forth so convenient. Would love to come back!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The condo was clean, spacious, and up to date. The location is great, just steps from the beach. The place is bigger than the photos appear, and the outside deck is perfect for a morning cup of coffee watching the waves. We will absolutely be coming back.

Glad you found the perfect vacation spot. The convenience of being able to park at your front door and step off the back deck directly on to the beach is amazing. The views from the deck are some of the best on the beaches. The location is close to everything without being in a congested area, and with 1650 sq ft of living space there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy a vacation with family and friends. Glad you enjoyed your stay and found the newly renovated kitchen well stocked. The entire kitchen and dining table, paint through out and a few other touches are brand new. New photos are forthcoming. Unfortunately, the pest control company didn't let us know they were going to the complex or I would have let you know to expect them. Thanks for accommodating them.

It was a beautiful condo right on the beach. Easily accessible for my elderly parents. Plenty of room for 4 teens and 4 adults. David was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. We will definitely comeBack.

Wonderful Winter Break

We enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach. David is a great property manager and helped me if there were any issues. The condo itself was a very comfortable home away from home. The location is close to many amenities and beach access is easy and direct. I can honestly recommend the unit to anyone wanting to stay in Panama City Beach on the Gulf.

So good to hear you had a Wonderful Winter Break. Bonita Beach is one of those rare properties that is ideally located in a quiet area of Panama City Beach on the West end near Laguna Beach. And yet, it's just minutes from Pier Park, local restaurants, and 30A. Best of all, it's directly on the beach with easy access and nicely appointed. Thanks for renting, hope to see you all again.

Fabulous

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as before! Although we had tons of rain due to the hurricane, we still had a nice time! Condo was super clean and has everything you will need! Will be back!

Beautiful!

The condo was beautiful and the view of the ocean was amazing. The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, and very modern with all the appliances you could need. We especially loved that there was a floor fan in each closet for each room. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

We had a great time at this condo. This unit was very clean and spacious. No problems at all. Not dealing with elevators and parking garages makes this unit that much more special. We will be staying here again, and highly recommend.

Beach Trip

Our second time staying and loved it. Lovely space and beautiful view of the beach. Kitchen great, we used it every day for all meals.The only thing negative to say is that the master suite shower hose needs a good cleaning. Also when listing spices in kitchen, it was only salt and pepper.

Everything We Needed & So Much More

The unit was beautiful, comfortable, and fully stocked. Everything had been thought about, kitchen had ample supplies for cooking, eating and lots of storage for your own items. Furniture was cozy and comfortable with plenty of seating for our group of 9! The beach is just a few steps off the balcony / patio and we spent plenty of time out there. We spotted dolphins from the balcony during our stay too! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.
