This beautifully remodeled two-level Townhouse! Updates include a new carpet in the living room, new hardwood flooring in the bathroom, fresh paint throughout the walls, and much more. The property is facing sunny south-side and has a large private backyard with deck and barbecue. A spacious master bedroom and guest bedroom with a full bathroom and laundry upstairs. Kitchen, living room, and another bathroom downstairs.

Within walking distance to a gorgeous Campbell Creek trail and Taku Lake. 2 minute drive to Costco, 3 min drive to Fred Meyers and 5 min drive to Dimond Shopping Center, 10 min to Airport.
City bus stop is within 2 min walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing stay with a welcoming atmosphere!!

We only stayed here overnight, but it had everything we could need! Just like the photos and check in was easy. Great place and wish we could have spent more time here and enjoyed the deck with the grill. I recommend this place!

Spacious and convenient

Everything was good with the property. It was spacious and clean with new carpet. The location was excellent. Saw a moose in the backyard in the morning!

The place was awesome thank you very much. However, when we got there, the back window was open. The screen was intact and definitely didn’t seem like anybody disturbed anything but I thought I’d let you know. I also noticed a bee nest under the garage. I have a picture attached with the location for you guys.

Good Value - Good Stay

Clean, quiet condo in south Anchorage. Could use some updating and minor maintenance, but over-all a good place to stay in Anchorage. Would definitely stay here again.

we love staying here whenever it’s available when we come into anchorage. my kids call this their home when we come in. always a clean and comfortable place to stay. definitely will be staying here again.

Great location

House was just right. Our family stayed for 5 days. Great location. Nice Neighborhood and area. The house was clean. Owners were easy to communicate with. Easy to gain access. We had a great stay. Got to see some moose in the neighborhood as well!
