This beautifully remodeled two-level Townhouse! Updates include a new carpet in the living room, new hardwood flooring in the bathroom, fresh paint throughout the walls, and much more. The property is facing sunny south-side and has a large private backyard with deck and barbecue. A spacious master bedroom and guest bedroom with a full bathroom and laundry upstairs. Kitchen, living room, and another bathroom downstairs.

Within walking distance to a gorgeous Campbell Creek trail and Taku Lake. 2 minute drive to Costco, 3 min drive to Fred Meyers and 5 min drive to Dimond Shopping Center, 10 min to Airport.
City bus stop is within 2 min walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing stay with a welcoming atmosphere!!

Solid place to rest and recover

Good bedrooms, kitchen, and amenities. It was a good place for the family to rest after many days points further north touring the beautiful state.

Great stay

This was a perfect spot to stay on my quick trip to Anchorage for business and shopping. The home was tidy, well-stocked, and the owners were very communicative. I would stay again!

Great location

House was just right. Our family stayed for 5 days. Great location. Nice Neighborhood and area. The house was clean. Owners were easy to communicate with. Easy to gain access. We had a great stay. Got to see some moose in the neighborhood as well!

Great location; Dated Property; Nice Stay

Though the property was dated, some cabinet door hinges in the kitchen were broken, and the stove top was damaged but still working (host shared that new stove is on the way) the property was in a great location and suitable for a stay. It is an end-unit which is nice. The property is close to Campbell Creek Trail good for walks and fishing in the creek or pond. Also close to stores and downtown Anchorage.

Good Value - Good Stay

Clean, quiet condo in south Anchorage. Could use some updating and minor maintenance, but over-all a good place to stay in Anchorage. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value ... some updates needed

The location of the property was great for the things we wanted to do. It could use some cosmetic updates. We found it unusual that food, spices and condiments were left from previous guests. If was a good value compared to the cost of two motel rooms.

Good stay in Anchorage

The house was clean and spacious for four people. The host initially wasn't very responsive when asking about an early check-in but did respond and come to check when we found the microwave wasn't working. They were kind to offer a portable microwave for our stay as well. It's a good place to stay while being close to downtown Anchorage.

Rough but Ready

This older condo is in a quiet, safe feeling neighborhood, convenient to everything in South Anchorage. The condo is very clean, including the kitchen and bathrooms, however, the flooring and some of the fixtures are quite old and worn. The bedding was clean, but low quality polyester. If you are looking for a luxurious space this is not it. If you need a clean, functional place to sleep and eat, this is more then adequate. All the appliances are in working order and the kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes and cooking implements to cook a meal for a family. The garage is available for guest use, so there is secure storage for bikes, boating equipment or even 1 vehicle. The back patio has lovely lawn all around and a beautiful flowering bush. There is a propane grill and patio furniture. Over all, we would stay here again.

Disappointing. Not "Elegant or Clean"

There were significant issues like a leaking sink that someone had but a bucket under that overflowed out the bathroom cabinet. The laundry area was filthy around the machines. There were cobwebs on the walls. Old appliances that didn't function well. Many burned out lightbulbs and missing batteries in remote control. Entranceway had not been cleaned and had tree debris built up in between door and screen door.
