Orange Beach Sea Salt Ocean Views

"If It is the view you want? It has the views." This 3 bedroom / 2 bath corner unit is directly on the beach and a 15 second walk to the sugar sands of Orange Beach. Stores and shopping > 1 minute drive. Amenities include an Indoor & Outdoor pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Courts, Gym, Security, and Private Parking.

This 3 bedroom2 full baths has balcony door access in every room to enjoy the views. The California King Master Suite will sleep 2 adults. Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and sleeps 2 adults. The Bunk Room has 3 full sized beds and will sleep 6 children(top bunk limit is 140lbs total weight, but is extremely sturdy. The Sofa sleeper is a Queen as well for 2 - 3 smaller 140< adults or 6 children. The max adult limit is 6-8 following the guidelines mentioned for the Bunk Room. We built this place to host family gatherings. We manage other properties in the area as well and can accommodate 8- (6 adults and 2 children or other configurations - at Sanibel Condominiums in Gulf Shores. Souvenir City, Walmart, Star Bucks, Dollar General, Many upscale restaurants, Souvenir shops, theme park rides, The Wharf, and other attractions are within 5 minute drives. This location makes your beach vacation a breeze. It will not disappoint. If you choose to park on property there is $40 per a car for the duration of your booking. If you have a large RV or camper, you will have to find other means to park. There are public beach spaces in the vicinity.

Comfortable stay

Overall, everyone enjoyed the stay. Easy access to the beach and in a great location. I wished it would have been cleaner when we arrived and the dryer would have worked but we had everything else that we needed in the condo and the beds were comfortable.

Very satisfied!

We were very pleased with the condo! The views were amazing! Very clean, fully stocked with beach items, easy check in, beach access great, pools were a plus too, located close to tons of things to do and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again for our next trip!

Loved our stay!

We had the best time at sea salt! This was our first visit to orange beach, and it couldn’t have been better! Kids loved the pool, and we loved the wrap around balcony and how close it was to everything! Having the beach chairs and toys was awesome! Condo was clean and felt like home, had everything we needed for a great stay! Thanks again!!

Corner unit faces the beach. Windows stretch across two sides leading to a balcony for each room. Easy beach access, indoor/outdoor pools, and close proximity to restaurants make this one of our favorite stays in Orange Beach.

Harless break

The property was in a wonderful location. It was clean and provided everything we needed (including a Keurig coffeemaker!) The balcony was wonderful and where we spent quite a bit of time just relaxing and letting the sound of the ocean soothe our tired souls!!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Fantastic ocean view, lovely condo and great location!

The views from the wrap around balcony were stunning, the front facing part of the balcony was very deep so there was plenty of extra room. All rooms have direct access to the balcony too. The complex was very well laid out and not too large (15 floors). Condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The owner/management were very responsive and helpful. Will absolutely come again!!!

Fall Break Family Vacation

Overall the property was nice and looked just like the pictures. Everything was updated. Our biggest issue was we never had enough hot water to shower. We had 5 people and after two warm showers everyone else had to take a cold shower.

Beautiful Views!

Our family visited during the off season (end of Jan) and it was perfect. Low to no crowds, mid 60s sunny weather, and quiet! This property is well maintained and the neighbors were friendly. Shops, food within walking distance. Unit was clean, kitchen had all you needed and was provided with starter soaps/detergents. Host was very accommodating and communicative! The guest book is a must read! Stories of other families/friends enjoying their time down there. Good stuff. If this property is available next year, we will book again! Thank you, Mac Family Michigan

Fall Break Stay

We've stayed many times in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area, returning because of all the area has to offer. This location is excellent, easy to get to everything. The amenities of the building were great - we used the indoor and outdoor pools along with spending time on the beach. When we were there, the unit had pool and beach toys, as well as a few beach chairs and beach cart available for use, which was really helpful. The listing photos are generally accurate, but should be updated - some of the decor has changed, and there is now more furniture on the deck to make the balcony experience better. The kitchen was stocked well, with plenty of utensils, plates, etc, and a good assortment of pots, pans and baking pans if someone wanted to stay in and cook. The beverage frig is a nice addition as well. The host communicated with us well, reaching out to let us know of a cleaning issue (cleaner had broken down vehicle) on the day we were checking in, and was willing to work with us, which was great. It was noted in the check-in instructions that there was a guest book to sign, which we did not find, so I'd like to note here a few places we enjoyed: Hurricane Grill and Wings which was nearby, was enjoyed by all (including picky children!), Lickin Good Donuts were delicious (thought not close-by), the Flora-Bama is always a fun time, and enjoyed our usual visits to Lambert's, LuLu's and Tacky Jack's!

Family Beach Trip #1 Tradition

Rick Goss is a wonderful host from online to the actual property experience. My four children and their families loved the condo, view, and property. The view and location is AMAZING ! I love the balcony space and we had a dolphin show every morning right outside on that incredible balcony. He also provides beach gear for adults and kids. The pools and hot tub are phenomenal. Walkway to beach right off from pool area with 3 different hoses to spray off the sand. Super clean condo, property, and beach!!!!! All beds were super comfortable -- showers had great power and very hot water. On the beach -the water was so clear and had several sandbars to navigate-- we found sanddollars using our toes out in the ocean. All ages from 1 to 58 absolutely loved the condo and the whole Orange Beach area. Hangout was only a 5 minute drive. Thank you Rick Goss for providing such a grand place to vacation and begin our 1st Tradition of trips with all my kids and grandkids. We will definitely be back.
