Step into paradise at One Seagrove Place 702, a seventh-floor Gulf-front condo offering spectacular views of sugar-white sand and emerald waters. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for couples or families looking to unwind in the heart of 30A. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling Gulf views from your private balcony or walk straight onto the beach via the resort's private dune crossover.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa, 32"" TV, and DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped for meals at home, and both bathrooms include walk-in showers. The master bedroom offers a King bed with a 28"" TV, while the guest bedroom features a Queen bed and 15"" TV. Carpeted living spaces and tiled kitchens/baths provide comfort and practicality. WiFi is included, and beach service is available through Red Fish Rentals (not included in stay).

Condo had a great view. Front desk staff was very friendly and had easy access to beach. Condo was very clean. Couches were even steam cleaned. Lots of parking and close to everything.

Excellent location. Clean and welcoming. Well equipped kitchen. Beach view is spectacular. Great parking and front desk employees are very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend and will return.Note:Slider door from living room to balcony hard to open and close but we managed.

Great place and a great view! Everything was as expected. The only note for the owner is that the appliances could use some improvement. We weren’t there for the appliances though! Had a great time!!

We loved the room and beach access. Things that bothered us during our stay was the construction being done outside that was extremely loud daily and the fact that the exterminator showed up to spray our unit for bugs while we were there. We did not have bugs and none of this would stop us from staying here again.

The condo was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. We had plenty of towels and it was helpful that there was a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels. The view is amazing from the room and the boardwalk view is magical. We had excellent service when the garbage disposal quit working—repaired within an hour. We did not give 5 stars though, because the beds were terribly saggy and creaky.

location was perfect. Our view from Balcony was beautiful. the building and pool were clean and nice I would not recommend our Unit. The sliding door practically impossible to operate. The location and views were amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable! The bathrooms need updating and some furniture needs replacing. The couches have an odor probably from wet swimsuits over the years. The balcony furniture is cheap and disappointing. Will definitely look for a different condo in this building! Great location!

Quiet, safe, excellent ammenities, beach view excellent

Needs some basic repairs but not much. Beds well worn. Couches not cozy and needs cleaning. The condo itself was very clean.

Been staying at Seagrove one condominium for years. Always great time and great property. Left cosmetic bag in the bathroom and cannot get anyone from the management company to reply back to me. I have left voicemail. Sent a text as well as emails.

It was a nice stay

The place was nice and we enjoyed the seventh floor! It was sandy upon arrival and needed a deeper clean. We weren’t concerned as we were excited for our trip. Both mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the host had plenty of soap and extra trash bags, which were nice touches. On our last day, we noticed black mold throughout the bathroom ceiling. Concerned, we messaged the host, but unfortunately never heard any communication back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location, but would hope the cleanliness is addressed for future rentals.
