Located in the center of Seagrove, the Emerald Hill complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores and of course, the beach. On the south side of CR Hwy 30A, directly across from Seagrove Plaza, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this 36 unit complex offers affordability and comfort. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular State Parks, as well.

Wow... this artist has an eye for detail. Soothing colors to compliment the Gulf and relaxing furniture to enjoy the view.

This Gulf front community offers a large sunny pool. The private gated beach entrance is right on the property, which allows for swift access to the white sandy beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

Emerald Hill 11, a Gulf front one bedroom, one bath condo is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or small family vacation. This ground floor unit boast a well equipped kitchen that opens into the living and dining areas. The private master bedroom provides a comfy King bed.

Your stay at Emerald Hill 11 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Please Note: Complimentary Xplorie activities are only available for reservations of 1–28 consecutive nights. Stays of 29 nights or longer are not eligible for these complimentary activities.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Everything was great! The only two flaws were the pullout sofa is lacking- we ended up using an air mattress. We also only got 4 towels total for 4 people for a 5 night stay. Being at the beach had to wash towels every day. Otherwise you can’t beat it.

This condo was perfect for our family. It had newer appliances, felt very clean and you are on the beach, which is amazing. We loved the cozy decor and comfortable furniture. You don’t get to check in early, even if it’s empty and ready, because of thr automated time that resets the lock code. This was a bummer, as we sat outside the door for an hour waiting to get in, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s a 10-minute great bike ride to Seaside. The bike ride to Rosemary Beach is doable, but not easy on a hot day. You are close to a great organic cafe and donut shop. We loved this condo and hope to book it again in the future!

Location was awesome! Good size bathroom, bedroom and living room. It would have been nice to have a second lounge chair for outside. My husband and I had to take turns sitting in the “comfy” chair. Maybe we missed it but had a hard time finding the unit at night. Having never been here didn’t realize we needed to go down the stairs to find unit 11. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Small piece of heaven

Condo #11 was small but just right for a couple looking for a view of the ocean and some beach time. Clean and convenient. Pool was also very nice. A win-win!

Great view

Small but adequate for two people. We booked at the last minute so glad to be able to find a clean and good location for reasonable summer prices. We love this area. Kitchen is very small so don’t plan on cooking, we eat out. The bathroom needs updating. Overall a good place to stay for a short period of time.

Perfect Getaway to the Gulf

Perfect place for a small family!

We absolutely loved this place! The condo itself is very nice and the perfect size for our family of 4. Our children are little so we wanted something right on the beach so we could come and go as we pleased. The location of this condo is perfect, with Publix right down the road and shops right across the street. It was also very quiet and not too busy, which is what we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend this rental for small families and/or couples with small children. We already can’t wait to come back and are planning to make this an annual trip!

Love 30A area and having a private beach.

Condo could have been a bit cleaner. Corners and detailed areas need a good scrubbing. Bed was comfortable and had enough pillows. Suggest providing 2 beach chairs. Love the availability of having a private beach. Public beaches looked so crowded. Also providing more than one roll of toilet paper would be nice especially for stays longer than a couple days. Will rent there again and wanting to buy in that area someday.

Great views- steps away from the beach

This was our second time to stay at Emerald Hill but It was our first time in this specific condo and it was a great experience. This condo was very clean, cutely decorated and well maintained. The views were incredible and there is a lot of privacy as well. We actually never heard anyone above or beside us. We were only steps from the beach which was great with kids. As a family of 4 we had plenty of room to feel comfortable. The master bed was comfortable. The pull out was fine for kids but I wouldn’t recommend for older teens or adults. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary appliances and the laundry unit was great to have. The condo is right off 30A and only minutes from Seasides great food choices and Publix. We can’t wait to come back!

Beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was okay. I liked the proximity to the beach and seagrove location. I would not stay here again. I slept poorly because of how uncomfortable both mattresses were. The sprinklers would turn on outside and not only would I get sprayed with water while trying to enjoy my coffee, the water also smelled like sulfur. Pretty unpleasant. We also lost power for about 3 hours one afternoon which was annoying.

Lovely location... needs to be cleaned!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall cleanliness was very disappointing-. Furnishings were middle of the pack. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need. Bedroom Pillows were dollar store quality. Bathroom tile and toilet bowl had mold and tub had dirty feet marks. Bathroom Ceiling had black mold. Dryer ruined half of our clothing leaving brown streaks all over each article of clothing. Bedroom had no ceiling fan, leaving the room smelling musty There needs to be a walk way installed to first floor rooms so you don’t bring in all the grass clippings each time you walk up to the beach. I had to clean every night due to all the grass on the bottom of our flip flops from beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall cleanliness was very disappointing-. Furnishings were middle of the pack. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need. Bedroom Pillows were dollar store quality. Bathroom tile and toilet bowl had mold and tub had dirty feet marks. Bathroom Ceiling had black mold. Dryer ruined half of our clothing leaving brown streaks all over each article of clothing. Bedroom had no ceiling fan, leaving the room smelling musty There needs to be a walk way installed to first floor rooms so you don’t bring in all the grass clippings each time you walk up to the beach. I had to clean every night due to all the grass on the bottom of our flip flops from beach.

Beautiful place and very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my third year staying in Emerald hill #11. Had the best time my sisters stayed in #6. I have been staying at Emerald Hill for the last 14 plus years. Absolutely love it. The ocean was full of June grass which was not fun. Wish the rent for a week did not go up another 1000 for a week. 😭

Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was as described. Views were wonderful and the beach was a short walk from the patio. The floor was not cleaned to our expectations; however, we addressed the issue ourselves and did not contact the management company. The living room rug definitely could use a deep clean. The complex was quiet; no excess noise or foot traffic. Location was convenient to restaurants and grocery store. The reservation and check-in/out process was easy. Would recommend the condo to anyone considering a stay.

My only problem was there are steps to reach the first floor condo so we could not use our cart to unpack the car.

Best Vacation Ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First vacation to 30a and we loved it so much that we’ve already booked the same unit for next year. The ground level gulf front location was perfect and we had great weather for November. The only negative was that the unit was hard to find when we arrived after dark since the unit is not visible from the parking lot and there is very little outdoor lighting.
