We’re so glad to hear that you found our communication excellent, enjoyed the convenient hooks throughout the bedroom and bathroom, and especially that you found the bed extremely comfortable! We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you experienced, including the slow-draining bathtub and dead remote batteries. While these may seem like small inconveniences, we understand how frustrating they can be during a stay. We’ll be sure to share these concerns with our maintenance team so they can be addressed. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the single beach-access fob. We understand how difficult that can be for larger groups, and we’ll review whether additional fobs can be made available to better accommodate our guests.
