Unit 73- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | Welcome to Paradise! A beautifully updated seventh floor, Gulf Front view condo, with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay in Siesta Key. This fully tiled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the Gulf Side of the Palm Bay Tower. This unit comfortably sleeps six occupants. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom, which has a walk in shower and a grab bar. The master bedroom is equipped with a large wall mounted flat screen TV with HD TV service. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a wall mounted flat screen TV with HD TV service. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub combo. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, toaster oven and coffeemaker. The patio is enclosed with sliding windows that can be opened to feel the nice sea breeze.

Amazing beaches and gorgeous view! Comes with minimal extras (no shampoo, paper towel, only one dishwasher pod) and isn’t stocked like other rentals we’ve stayed in before. Beach towels provided and beach chairs set up for free on the beautiful sand beach. One of our toilets didn’t flush and the bathtub was clogged and very moldy. Definitely could use some updates but the management was extremely nice and helpful!

Stunning beach views and helpful staff. They could have some improvements such as supplying paper towels, salt/pepper, coffee filters and a few more beach towels. Overall the condo was clean but the second bath needed some cleaning. The building was quiet and the beach was amazing!!!! I would definitely stay there again!

My hard to please teen boy said it best, "wow, i feel like im staying in the penthouse". Great property, great location. Wish we booked it longer! Mattresses were some of the best ive slept on yet. Was perfect for our few days away from it all

Excellent location literally 5 steps feom nice and quiet private beach. Checkin staff was really nice and helpfull. Property nice and clean with great view on the beach and sun set.

Amazing Space with Spectacular Beachfront View

We loved the condo at Palm Bay Club. The view from the condo was so beautiful. Everything was great. We especially enjoyed the onsite tennis/pickleball courts and the heated pool. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic location

This unit and vacation club were amazing. Right on the beach, amazing gulf views, 2 pools, hot tub for the evening. Morning sunrises on the bay side and sunsets over the gulf. Well equip kitchen and beach set up. Lounge chairs on the beach included. Parking was easy. Place felt very secure with gates. Would definitely visit again!

Ideal Vacation Spot

Siesta 2024

Property was amazing. Gulf views were amazing. We left a couple of beach umbrellas behind for future guests. Zero complaints with the unit or property. This was our second year here and love the Palm. Only issue is apparently every year this time 5 high schools from Miami vacation here. Each night there were 100-300 kids on the beach which made sleeping tough. Our last night the sheriff with the aid of a helicopter had to eject the kids from the beach when they showed up with their own DJ. We only vacation in July so unfortunately Siesta Key is not going to be on our list as the underage drinking and lack of respect for guests turned our vacation into a spring break. Not good for a family vacation if you’re going in the last few weeks of July.

Beautiful stay!

Our condo unit was beautiful! And that view! It doesn't get old.... The unit was exactly as pictured and described. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the ocean beach and close to Siesta village which has shopping and eating. We can't wait to go back!

Property not as well kept as previous stays

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, well stocked kitchen.Toilets continuously ran. Water pressure was terrible. If the kids shower was running, the master shower would trickle out water. No point to having a 2 bath condo. Half of the electric outlets didn’t work.Condo was dirty on arrival. Black hairs were found on white sheets when pulling down comforter. Comforters were stained. Master toilet was not cleaned. Couch was dirty/stained. Fortunately, I had Lysol wipes and cleaned toilets and wiped down couch. Complex was not as well kept as previous years. Giant green garbage metal containers were left in the middle of the main drive leading to the beach. Hard to see around them when driving.This was our 4th stay at Palm Bay Club. After this experience, I do not think we will be returning.

The white sandy beach was perfect for walking, and we loved swimming in the warm gulf waters. Every evening we watched the spectacular sunsets. We can’t wait to return to The Palm Bay Club, a paradise in Siesta Key, Florida.

Fabulous view and great accommodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the tower. All was as described. The view is fabulous! The furnishings were just right and clean. Main bedroom had a very comfortable bed, great storage and closet space with hangers. The two beds in the guest room were not comfortable. The guest room is also freezing when the rest of the condo is comfortable, even before the setting sun beats on the front portion. The split blinds helped with heat from that. The unit had a couple maintenance issues that, in fairness we did not report. The faucet and sprayer in the kitchen sink are broken but work. The shower in the main bedroom has no instructions and is not intuitive. The shower, once warmed up, was too hot or extremely hot. The number system on the knob did not work. The condo was very clean and well supplied. The kitchen drawers could use a deep cleaning as could closet floors. We could not find any info on recycling or where the bins were. Appliance instructions, shower instructions, and recycle information would be a nice addition to the binder, which was great and informative. It would also be nice to be able to turn in used towels and receive clean ones. On the fabulous side, the unit was definitely comfortable worked great for us, senior citizens whose daughter visited for a weekend. We really appreciated having security on site at all times. They were watchful, attentive to details and friendly. All employees were friendly and respectful. The grounds are immaculate and well kept. It is great place to stay. We enjoyed the Lobster Pot, Claytons Siesta Grill, The Cottage, Cafe Gabbiano, and Marina Jack. All had great food and service. Loved Siesta Water Sport’s Dolphin Tour and Publix’s key lime pie.
