Great little beach house. Perfect location and plenty of room to spread out. Property is clean and host is very welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

The property was in a nice location and is a cute, older home. The house was very clean (which is super important to us). The owners were very responsive to a couple of things that came up. Also, we found they had great check-in and check-out instructions online and some extra info posted by the door. Thank you!

This property was exactly as advertised. The home was extremely clean with comfortable beds and furniture, We really enjoyed the location, easily walkable to the wharf and boardwalk! The host had wonderful communication, every request and question was immediately answered and resolved!

Didn't mind the walk to the beach. A pleasant convenient neighborhood with hiking trails. The owners thoughtfully left beach towels, chairs and an umbrella which were easy to carry down. A great stay for a family of four.

If you are looking for a great home and location while visiting Santa Cruz, this is it! The home was well equipped and clean! We walked to the wharf and the boardwalk with ease! Other beach locations and destinations were within minutes by car! It’s always a plus to have the use of a washer/ dryer while visiting the beach. Just bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap for the bathroom! We had a ball! Thank you for sharing your home.

Made unforgettable memories with my family in this house. It’s actually better than described- photos don’t do it justice! The host was awesome and super responsive and accommodating. I will request to stay here in the future.

Our host was amazing, super friendly and great communication, even gave us recommendations for places to go during our stay! The house is very cute and the neighborhood is super convenient. Will absolutely stay here again during our next visit

We booked the Cowell Beach House for a last minute family beach trip. The booking and communication with the property owner was excellent. The owner was responsive and was able to accommodate our request for late check out so we could have more time at the beach before heading back to Sacramento. The house is a cute 2 bedroom duplex just a short walk from Cowells Beach. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again.

Great place to stay!

It was a nice little house at the perfect spot to enjoy all of Santa Cruz! I would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

Wonderful location and comfortable place to stay. Definitely an upgrade to stay together as a family instead of in separate hotel rooms.

Adorable, very tidy house close to the beach and wonderful shops/eateries/etc. in Santa Cruz. Hosts were incredibly flexible, responsive, and helpful! Highly recommend.
