Welcome to the Santa Cruz Cabana! This is a cozy beach cottage is on a quiet downtown street and has a huge backyard and many amenities. The house includes a hot tub, beach cruisers, wet suits, body boards and much more. The Cabana is located a stone's throw from downtown Santa Cruz and the Warriors basketball arena, and is walking distance to the Boardwalk, The Wharf, Cowell's beach, West cliff drive, The Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary Museum, and Depot Park and Soccer field. It is a short walk to favorite local restaurants like The Saturn Cafe, Zachary's, and Hula's Island Grill.

The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a queen sofa bed, a dining area/bar, a fully stocked kitchen, a large outdoor patio with grill, outdoor seating, a hot tub, hammock and Tiki bar. Includes high speed WiFi, a flat screen TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. It is a fully stocked house which includes all towels, linens, paper products etc. We include beach amenities such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, boogie boards, various wet suits, and 4 adult beach cruisers.

Come stay with us and explore this beautiful county. Santa Cruz is famous for surfing and the boardwalk, but Santa Cruz is also blessed with more state parks than any other county in California, has 29 miles of beaches, hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails through magnificent redwoods, one of the oldest wine growing regions in the state, incredible fresh seafood and abundant local organic produce and a farmer's market every day of the week. Ride a bike through wine country, paddle with the sea otters and sea lions, go whale watching or fishing for salmon or halibut. Ride the roller coasters, catch a wave, touch a 1000 year-old redwood tree, or just walk on the beach. Whatever your favorite activity is, you can likely find it in Santa Cruz.

Excellent property! Very convenient to the beach and downtown Santa Cruz. The house amenities were great - hot tub, beach supplies, game room. We loved staying here! Only downside is that the stove/oven has no numbers on it, so it was hard to cook and try to rely on the oven thermometer for cooking temp.

We loved our stay! It was perfect walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants! The backyard was a great spot to hang out and hot tub! It was very clean and cozy.

Cute cottage very close to everything fun in Santa Cruz! My dad, kids and I had everything we needed for a quick trip to the sun from foggy SF. Very walkable to both the beach and downtown.

If I had one complaint it would be the floors not being as clean as I’d like them, but overall 9/10 and I would definitely stay again. Very convenient location, clean beds & fun backyard space.

The place was lovely! We booked it for the back yard and it did not disappoint, we spent the entire trip hanging out in the hot tub and grilling. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was great - walkable to restaurants and shops on Pacific, and to the Boardwalk. The house is small and the walls are thin, so be prepared to hear your fellow guests. Nice big backyard. We especially loved the hot tub!

This is the perfect spot for exploring Santa Cruz—whether you surf or just want to explore all the town has to offer you are ideally located in this sweet little cottage—little with a HUGE yard. We enjoyed the lovely hot tub. It’s pretty quiet, has parking which is key and has all the comforts of home. Loved it and would return in a heartbeat

This is a cute and small cabana with an excellent location. The backyard is the best part, large with a cute game room and a shed full of many sporting items. Lots of bikes, surfing equipment, beach chairs and more. The cabana itself is a bit tired and could use a little TLC but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

We had such an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! The location was perfect just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, which made everything so easy and fun.The bikes and boogie boards the host provided were such a great bonus and really made our trip even more enjoyable.Communication was awesome the entire time super friendly host and responsive.Overall, we had the best time and would 100% stay here again!

We stay here a couple times a year. This time it was great to see the fresh interior paint and we really gave credit for the color selections. The hosts are great and communication is easy.

Our family moved to Santa Cruz years ago looking for a nice place to settle down and raise our daughter. Having lived in the big city for decades (San Francisco and Chicago), we wanted a tightly knit community, with all of the amenities of a big city, and of course a killer location. We couldn't be any happier. Santa Cruz is amazing.

We have a child and know how difficult and expensive it can be to travel with kids and the logistics of getting a family to the beach and back with all the required equipment. So, we wanted to provide a family friendly place for people to come and experience all of the great things in Santa Cruz while providing everything you need for a day at the beach and a wagon to stuff it all in for the walk. We are walking distance to Cowell's beach, the Boardwalk, the Wharf, West cliff drive and downtown. We have provided all of the fun amenities that a rental should have for families (bikes, boogie boards, wet suits, beach chairs, hot tub, etc). All of this for the cost of a hotel room with much more to offer.
