In August 2008, the Lord blessed us with a brand new cabin - RomantiCabin. Designed for honeymoons, anniversaries, or just a getaway in the Smokies, this cozy cabin is a great vacation spot. It's surrounded by natural beauty and only a short drive to so many great places to enjoy!

Inside, you'll find beautifully designed vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and wood furnishings! A romantic gas log fireplace and cozy couch makes it perfect for a romantic getaway. You can have fun indoors with the Brunswick regulation-size pool table and the 42' High Definition TV! It even has a complete surround sound system, satellite, and great movie library! Free WiFi is also included! Adjoining the great room is a full kitchen for your dine-in convenience!

The bedroom is full of charm, with a king-size, four-poster, pillow-top bed and beautiful adjoining tile bathroom! The vaulted ceilings continue into the bedroom/bathroom where there is a 10-jet, two-person tub and a separate 5x5 ft. shower with 10in rain head!

The area around the cabin is full of things to do! Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Lake Junaluska, Dillsboro, Biltmore, Asheville and Cherokee are just a few of the surrounding towns of interest! Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge are about an hour away! Enjoy the scenery, gardens, hiking, biking, restaurants, museums, skiing, horseback riding, and much more!

RomantiCabin is located 25 miles west of Biltmore, 45 miles from Cherokee, 10 miles from Waynesville, 15 miles from Maggie Valley, and just 3 miles from I-40.

Big family Christmas

My husband and I traveled to Clyde for a big family Christmas. I have metastatic breast cancer and needed a place to rest away from the crowd. The cabin was absolutely perfect!!! It was only around 10 minutes away from our family and was easy to get back and forth. We will definitely stay again!!! Thank you so very much! This will be a Christmas to remember!

Good short stay mountain house

House was nice, clean and in a good central area to get to Maggie Valley, Cherokee, Waynesville, Blue Ridge Parkway. House is right off of a fairly busy road and there is a stream of water across the road. We enjoyed the house as a place to come back to after visiting nearby areas.

Perfect place to get away for a weekend

We booked the cabin for a couple's vacation for a fun weekend. I have to say that the pictures don't do the place justice. The recommendations are absolutely excellent and everything that is written is absolutely true and it does not suprise me that this place has received such a high recommendation!!. I would love to thank for a lovely weekend that we had, the excellent location, the beautiful view and the peace and quiet are note worthy.

The Place was nice, but getting there after dark, was scary and we could not find it. It took my husband getting out of the car and luckily we had a flash light and he literally had to walk through other yards to find the property. I guess google has not mapped it yet. Maybe you could turn the porch light on when someone books it..That may help.

Peaceful

My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend at the cabin. The cabin was very nice and clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs on the front porch and listiening to the water. The only issue we had was the wifi, it was iffy the whole weekend.

Peaceful getaway

We loved the location, the cabin was very clean and comfortable. Lots of places to visit close by. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the front porch every morning, listening to the creek and the birds. We visited several waterfalls, drove on the Blue Ridge Parkway, visited Cherokee and rode the Smokey Mountain Train one day. We would like to come back here again in the future!

Wonderful stay

This is a beautiful cabin. The pictures do not do it justice. It's well taken care of with quality craftsmanship. The layout of the house is comfortable and it was close to all our activities. We would stay here again!

Peaceful and comfortable get-away

We were looking for a peaceful place to get away from the July 4th weekend crowds. This cabin was perfect for our needs! We brought food with us to cook, so did not leave the cabin for two days. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the birds sing and the babbling of Crabtree Creek! Very relaxing! The internet signal was not great, and the Roku TV reception was on or off depending on the internet signal, but those things are not why we came. We did enjoy watching a couple of movies on the VCR and playing a few games of pool. We would definitely rent this place again.

My husband and I were very impressed with this property. We both said “this is the best place we have stayed with VRBO”. The property was very clean and decor was beautiful. We will be staying here again when visiting the area. I really can’t say enough about it. Loved it!!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

This was our second time visiting the romantic cabin and it was just as beautiful and peaceful as the first. The location and cabin itself are beautiful and the hosts do a wonderful job communicating about directions, check-in and utilizing amenities. Will definitely be booking our 3rd trip at some point 🙂

Can't Wait to Go Back

My husband and I went to this adorable cabin on our second stop on our honeymoon. We had spent a few day sin Raleigh, so it was nice to relax at this cabin. It was amazing, beautiful, and exactly what we needed! Our one disappointment was that we didn't book the cabin for longer! We will be back!

Relaxing Romantic Getaway

The Romanticabin was a cozy and charming cabin that allowed my husband and I to just relax and unwind and connect. Easy access into both quaint Waynesville and Asheville we had a great weekend exploring some of what the Smoky Mountains had to offer and can't wait to come back soon. Beautiful Cabin for Two

We loved our stay at the Romantic Cabin. It was peaceful and quiet. We did not turn on the the TV during our stay because we wanted to unplug from everything. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra day. We will definitely book this Cabin again!

Much Needed

The cabin was spotless and perfect for a couple who needs to spend some quality time together. We had a wonderful time playing pool and relaxing on the front porch listening to the creek. We also took a spontaneous trip to downtown Waynesville and it was the cutest town with awesome shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back!
