Exactly as described. Beautiful view! Beautiful condo! Only complaints I would have are the buildings issues, but nothing so major we wouldn’t return.

This was my family's first time to Panama City Beach and let me tell you we weren't disappointed. The fireworks on the beach was unlike anything we had ever seen. Absolutely beautiful

2nd stay in this condo.. beautiful condo and lots of amenities.. close to stores for souvenirs and dollar general basically across the street.. will definitely be another trip in my future

Everything about the actual condo unit was great. The bed slept good and the table on the balcony was nice. The worst part was the actual building is in need of repair. You have to pay 40 dollars for your parking pass and wrist bands. The old lady that sold us ours was not very nice. She just complained about my debit card not swiping but I don’t feel like she even tried to hard. The pool was great and we found a lot of good shells on the beach.

Very clean,well equipped with everything we needed. The pool and decks were very clean. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Zero complaints. It was perfect.

Great place

It was really nice but they need to fix the kitchen sink so it stops dripping but overall it’s really a great place to stay

Great vacation spot.

We very much enjoyed the property's wonderful view and location. Bedroom mattress is probably due for a replacement as it's a bit uneven but it did not significantly impact our enjoyment.

Keeping it real

Well kept and very clean. Lots of amenities to enjoy and make your stay a fun and enjoyable one. Everything you need in the condo. Slept ok. Very hospitable and generous. Very much appreciated.

Vacation

The biggest issue I had was with the coffee pot. In the morning it works great but in evenings it did not want to work, other than that we loved it.

Convenient place to stay

We had 3 adults & a 2 year old during this stay. The place was a good size for us, property was clean upon checking in, & checkin was easy. It has a great balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Directly on the beach so super convenient with a toddler to take her back for naps. She also loved the wading pool & the adults loved the bar at the pool. I do feel it’s a bit over priced because it’s not updated at all (the review won’t let me post the amount I paid) but most places are overpriced now due to inflation. Plus we’ll do anything for our kids to make memories 😀 I would definitely rent again for a short stay just based on the convenience & amenities offered (pools, hot tub, gym).

Check before you go.

Property was nice. You must purchase a parking pass for $25. Listing said you needed a pass. Did not mention you had to buy one. There was construction going on including jack hammering the structure. Very loud. Ask about construction before you rent

We are not made aware of when other individual owners are completing renovations inside their condos and owners are allowed to do so during the day (outside of quiet time) the listing does state parking passes/wristbands must be used during your stay-this is common practice at all resorts.

Exceeded expectations

When we pulled up to to the property our first impression was that it was a little tired. The central elevator was out of order and the two remaining elevators had people queued up. When we walked into the unit itself we were beyond pleased. It was sparkling clean, well furnished and had everything we could possibly need in the bathrooms and the kitchens. The balcony provides an outstanding view of the gulf and you can see much of the state park from there as well. Lots of families with kids at the property, a wedding party on the lawn the first night, everybody at the property seemed to be having a wonderful time.

Okay but Not Worth the Price

This unit has plenty of space for a family of four but it is in desperate need of updating and a new cleaning crew. The bedroom mattress is horrible. It has so much give that it almost touches the floor. The sleeper sofa is horrible. It is very uncomfortable, even for our kids, and was full of sand. All of the furniture in the unit is very dated, dirty and needs to be replaced. There is one outlet in the living room that is coming out of the wall. The bedroom TV is too small and doesn’t have a remote. The coffee pot leaks when you pour coffee. The bathrooms were ok except for the old, dirty rugs on the floor. This unit was not clean when we arrived. The counters still had coffee stains along with dirt/crumbs from the previous renters. The floors were dirty as well. The bottoms of our feet were black after being there for one day. The fridge had hair in it from not being wiped out at all. Again, the furniture was dirty and is so old that it would be impossible to clean it which is another reason this unit needs to be updated. After speaking with other renters on the property, they had more up to date units that were clean and did not experience the issues that we had. The elevators are a nightmare. Very slow and have zero airflow which makes it miserable during the summer heat. We do not feel that the accommodations were satisfactory for the amount of money we paid for a full weeks stay.
