Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: IMMEDIATE FAMILIES (parents, grandparents, & children) ONLY
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week.
You won't find a better balcony on the island! Two oversized balconies (600+ sq ft) plus an additional large landing off the front door provide nearly 300-degree views of the island from Inverness #901! Enjoy the sunrise in the morning with your coffee from the large balcony overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the sunset from either the wraparound balcony or the front patio balcony, all very private as this is a corner unit. This condo is perfect for a quiet, peaceful vacation from the stress of life.
All three bedrooms have amazing views: the master has a spectacular ocean view, the other bedrooms offer a view of the bay and city. Master has a brand new King size Beautyrest pillow-top mattress and box springs. Other places you are considering to stay won't be nearly as comfortable! The modern kitchen was renovated in 2019 with granite countertops, white cabinets, and brand new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. It is fully functional and stocked with essentials such as plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, toaster, blender, etc. The two bathrooms were also recently renovated and include granite countertops and white cabinets. The master bedroom has a TV and lounge chair and is attached to the master bathroom offering privacy and a large, walk-in shower. The other bathroom offers a large countertop and a combination bathtub/shower. The living room is spacious and has a couch with a queen-size sleeper mattress. The condo is packed with all of the essentials you need for your vacation including a 50” 4k TV and Sony Ultra-High Disc player (plays 4k UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD) to enjoy movie time as a family. Free WiFi. On-site laundry facility on the same floor as the condo.
The Inverness 901 condo is a large (1360 sq ft) corner unit at the Inverness (which means “peace in the wilderness”). Outside you will find a gorgeous swimming pool and 2 hot tubs (1 is Adults only) which are located on the 3rd floor offering amazing views of the ocean! Walking distance to some of the island's best restaurants, pubs & beachfront bar: Wanna-Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, Kelly's Irish Pub, the Coral Reef Lounge, and Parrot Eyes. For other restaurants and bars simply jump on the Island Metro Trolley free of charge with pickup right in front of the condo! Less than 1 mile to popular island activities such as the Sea Turtle Inc. and the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. Beach access is extremely easy. 30 feet away. Or, you can explore amazing sand dunes and even drive your car on the beach if you head north for about 5 minutes. 1 covered parking spot available in the parking garage floors 1 & 2 which is connected to the condo and accessible via the elevator. Parking in front of the building is also available in case of an additional car.
Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
