This studio suite boasts two queen beds, a popular request. This kitchenette was remodeled to include a 2 burner flat top stove and small new refrigerator. There is a flat screen TV and ceiling fan to make your stay more enjoyable. The queen beds make this unit a top choice for those who are looking for a comfortable night stay on a budget. NO PETS ALLOWED. THIS ROOM IS NOT OCEANFRONT. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Perfect studio for dog lovers .

Reviewer Comments: Room is perfect location to gated dog area and the public beach if you choose to take your dog to beach from that direction , well lit at night . Management was great, very pleasant and helpful, have been vacationing here for many years, first time with dogs and have never been dissatisfied, definitely recommend staying here .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall nice . Was very disappointed in change in Cable TV setup. Only finding out upon arrival, that the past sports channels were not available, in our room. I hope this situation will be corrected, before our trip in 2025 !!! Nice place

Room, pool, location all great. Many restaurants. Only complaints are regarding the parking and not having a space near our room which was right off the parking lot and too few washer and dryers for the amount of rooms. Nice management and we were asked daily if we needed anything. Many pets and good pet area. Lots of dogs on beach and St Augustine beach is the best!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our short stay at Beacher’s lodge. I usually always stay in oceanfront only but this studio was the only available room. This room was perfect, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Only thing I would have loved to have had was a luggage rack to set my suitcase on. May I also add that all of the front desk personnel are always very friendly, making check in/check out a breeze. I particularly love Paulette. The times I have spoken to her on the phone or in person, she is very nice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this room for a one-night stay. The service by the staff was extremely professional and personable. They made us feel right at home. Overall, this was a great stay. There is a small crack in the ceiling over one of the beds, and the furniture (table and dresser) were pretty scratched up and could use replacement. The space was a little tight for the four of us but would be perfect for 2 people. I would recommend this property.

Needs a little finesse

Great Location

Loved the access to the beach, #1 reason why you should stay! Room was alright, beds comfortable. Id recommend keeping blinds shut if you want it cool in there. Recommend a larger area for dogs , their “potty area” is quite small when there are other dogs in there that aren’t so friendly.

We enjoyed staying in the clean studio condo. It needs another mirror outside the bathroom area, otherwise, it was wonderful.

Great location, perfect if you're not spending much time in room

Overall, our stay was great. The location was excellent (directly on the beach with restaurants like Safe Harbor and an ice cream shop less than a minute walk). The room itself was very small, which is as advertised and perfect if you're planning on sleeping there and nothing more. We were planning on using the community grills for cooking, but didn't have enough room in our fridge to grocery shop more than deli meat and bread and some canned beverages. The sink was slow to drain in the bathroom and some of the dishware was dirty when we arrived, making us question the cleanliness. These things, however, were minor and we would definitely stay again / recommend to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was friendly and efficient. The complex is older but maintained. Clean dog walk area and close to the beach. The unit was clean and had a fresh supply of towels. It could use a deep cleaning though as the floors were not very clean; thr grout was dirty; etc. We used the place to sleep and shower so it was good enough. Just felt there were some touch yps needed. Good if travelling with a dog. There's a dog self-service bath and groomer across the street!

The front office staff was amazing! 20 min drive to see the St Augustine Christmas lights.

Perfect location especially if you have pets and want to see and experience St Augustine

Nice clean pool just steps from the beach next door to seafood restaurant and across the street from a gas station great location with dollar general right down the street
