St. Augustine has lots of water, beaches, and great things to do with a lot of history in this town.

Adorable cozy condo!

There was no question where we would stay when visiting St. Augustine for the second time, highly recommend. We love that it’s dog friendly and it’s a great location. Todd is a great host! Hope to be back again next year.

Wonderfully Cozy Condo

Beautiful property. Just a 5min walk from the beach and a 10min drive from Historic St Augustine. The host was always a text away and very communicative. I would greatly recommend for anyone looking

Very nice and cozy property. Dogs allowed on the beach with a leash with was a huge plus. Overall would definitely go back. Very safe area also in a gated neighborhood. Family friendly

Beautiful beach condo

My husband and I stayed for some shows at the St. Augustine Amphitheater and this was a perfect spot! The communication with the host was wonderful. The condo is just a few minute drive from the Amp and very close to downtown St. Augustine as well. The condo had a great kitchen to cook in and a nice walk through the property to the beach access. Everything is operated with a key card and very secure. Would definitely stay here again when we return to St. Augustine.

Great stay in St. Aug Beach!

My partner and I had a great time here. The property was very clean, easy to get to, and the instructions were very clear and helpful! I could not recommend this place enough!

Great place!

We loved it! The stay was amazing the condo was very welcoming! Location was nice right by the beach but also not far from downtown area! A great getaway definitely would go back!

Nice weekend getaway

Went to St. Augustine for an event and this property was the perfect location for being able to conveniently reach downtown St. Augustine and being just outside the hustle and bustle of it.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

Walking distance to the beach, 2 great pools, very comfortable condo with a good amount of space for us. Dog friendly community, gorgeous sunrises and amazing beach. Nice casual restaurants near by

Wonderful!

The property is extremely clean and easy access. However, the pictures are a little misleading because it seems like the condo is on the beach but instead it’s about a mile walk.

A really nice comfortable place to stay with easy access to the beach. The place had all the conveniences of home. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions during our stay. Had all the conveniences that you would need.

Great gem on the outskirts of downtown St. Augustine

Overall had a really great stay and would absolutely stay again. The location is great - just a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. It also had multiple restaurants within easy walking distance for mornings we wanted to go out for breakfast. While the property is a bit of a walk from the beach as it’s at the back of the neighborhood, there is “visitor” parking by the private path leading to the beach which made it more convenient. Loved the amenities as well, which included two pools (one of which was heated). The condo itself was very clean, and they’ve made some good updates including the flooring and countertops. Only areas I’d call out: don’t expect to get in early. No one stayed at the condo the night before we arrived and we received our check in code at 2:30 on the dot even though we asked about getting in a little early. This is definitely not required or expected, so that’s fine, but it would’ve been a nice touch to get in a bit earlier on a day we spent hours traveling in torrential downpour. Also, as others have said, it is very much on a main road. We brought a box fan for white noise, so we weren’t bothered at night, but if you don’t bring something for blocking out the noise, you will hear every car, truck, and siren that goes by (lots of sirens). All that said, we’d absolutely stay again and had a wonderful time. Communication with the owner was great and we felt it was great value. Thank you!

Great stay, but some things you should know.

The apartment is very nice, with nice floors and granite countertops. It is close to the grocery stores, and plenty of eating options. Communication was excellent, and the place was easy to access. We found plenty of beach chairs however no beach umbrella. But there were a few things to know. The apartment is the furthest building from the beach and the walk is quite long. The apartment also sits on the main road (A1A) and traffic can get loud during the night. The complex is gated and very dog friendly, which means you can hear dogs barking all night and there are dogs on the beach. All in all I would def stay there again.

St. Augustine Ocean side condo

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Todd was a very responsive communicator and had excellent directions. The condo was nice and in a nice location that had several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We loved that it was an easy walk to the beach and that the condo provided chairs and beach towels that we could take down there. The description and pictures of the condo were very accurate including the pictures of the patio facing the street. What the picture can’t tell you is that A1A is a very busy and load road. You definitely hear the traffic all night long. The other thing that was disappointing is that there were no ‘basics’. For example you are to run the dishwasher before you leave but they don’t have any dishwasher pods. There was also no coffee, coffee filters, shampoo or conditioner. With that said it was still a nice place to stay, just be prepared that you will need to buy or bring a few extra supplies with you.
