Enjoy an amazing ocean view from this 4th floor Balcony Suite. Located in the northern most section of our ocean front, this condo is tiled throughout. Mirrored walls in the living room make this condo seem more spacious. The queen sized Murphy Bed is the perfect spot to catch the ocean breeze with the ceiling fan or the view of the 32" Flat Screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven. The bathroom was upgraded with a jet tub, vanity and larger mirror. The private bedroom has a King sized Beautyrest Pillowtop bed and a 32" Flat screen TV. Ceiling fans and a mirrored closet provide those extra touches will make your stay a bit more comfortable. With all the wood trim and the personal charm, this 4th floor condo might be the perfect one for you! SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

It was amazing, the beachfront was the best part, beach was good not crowded, pool excellent temperature, people were very friendly, my babies furr love the beach. Thank u, I definitely will stay there again.

Quiet getaway to St. Augustine

Perfect for a couple getaway to relax and enjoy St. Augustine. Located about 10 minutes south, it was relaxing to get away from the business from the city. The condo was the perfect size with all the amenities and comfortable outdoor seating and large bed. The beach access with a secure boardwalk and pool. Restraints not super close but able to locate with a little drive.

Beacher's Lodge is Wonderful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beacher's Lodge is located on the ocean and you get fantastic views from your room. The condo is small, but has everything you need. Unfortunately, the lights from the hallway outside the condo are on all night and shine into your bedroom. That is the biggest negative. We were there for the Bird Photo Festival and it was a fantastic location for all our events.

Right on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. I ate breakfast and lunch right on my balcony overlooking the beach and only a few feet away. Had some issues with the the cable but they sent a maintenance person out immediately and resolved the problem. Pool is very nice, good temperature, and good size.

Each time it seems that something else has been changed to improve the rooms or property. Being on the beach things compete with the salt air and not a lot of places are maintained well. We were very pleased with our room, view and property. Great spot to visit St. Augustine, Northeast Florida and the ocean.

Early February Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was spotlessly clean and in a great location. An easy drive to St. Augustine as well as to sights on route 1 going south. I was hoping for a bit warmer weather! Next time I would come in March. I really loved having your office accessible and open until 10PM. That was a bonus as I ran out of change late when doing laundry. I was more comfortable knowing the office was open late and I did not expect that. Staff in the office were excellent and made us feel welcome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just okay. It smelled bad and for it to be at gold room standards like it was listed it needed some work. We heard peole banging onstuff after dark and it was so annoying. The view however was perfect and the office staff was wonderful!

Overall very nice but not worth the price

We were bumped up to a suite (which was great but not sure how they call it a suite) when I asked about staying another night they told me the price of the suite was $400. There’s no way it would be worth that much money. Overall pretty nice but it’s a motel on the beach
