Wonderfully Charming Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Condo!

This charming condo boasts oceanfront views, easy walking access to the beach via a private dune walkover, swimming pool, and is close to so much more. It is a short 10 minute drive to the Old City. Forty five minutes puts you into Jacksonville to the North and Daytona Beach to the South. It's just 2 hours to Orlando, and an hour to Gainesville as well!
This is a "King" Beachers Lodge 50% larger than most Beachers lodge condos.
The condo itself is wonderfully decorated with coastal charm, and stocked with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is stocked for your small meals, the bedroom has all new linens and pillows, and cable tv and wifi are included as well.
There are shared grilling areas, room to bring your small trailer (bike week please!), and dog walking areas on the property. There are also several excellent dining choices within five minutes of the condo, and some outstanding shopping options within the same area.
Dogs up to 40lbs ok with approval, and additional cleaning fee.

Beach Retreat

Perfect for what we needed. Small place but very cute. My only suggestion would be that the door needs a deadbolt lock. Just having the basic lock did not seem very safe.

St. Augesting trip

The overall condo was ok. The balcony was the best part. Great views. The furniture in the condo was not comfortable at all. The loveseat was the only couch and was not big enough for both me and my husband to sit on. And it was very uncomfortable. The bedroom was good had a big king size bed. The kitchen needed more pots and pans for cooking. The trashcan looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile and was pretty disgusting to use. There also needs a better broom to clean the floor. The only broom was very old and worn out that did not really sweep up much.

Beach stay

To pay a mandatory cleaning fee and to walk into a dirty floor with someone else’s hair was somewhat disconcerting. We were asked to do all of the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, which I would do anyway, but these rules with fees charged anyway seem to be getting a little out of hand. Beautiful view of the ocean..too bad it was raining our entire stay :(

Beach condo

We liked being close to the beach, and the view was great, especially the sunrises. Morning coffee on the balcony was lovely. One bad thing: the mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all! A good mattress would upgrade this condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good sized suite with an amazing view of the ocean! The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with enough items to make some meals there. We loved the location and close proximity to a grocery store, St Augustine, and of course the beach. We will be back!

Beautiful Room with a Terrible Bed

We were very pleased with the condo, it's location and it's amenities. Sadly, the mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable, similar to sleeping on a hard box with some overly springy springs. If the mattress were replaced, this would have been a 10/10 stay.

Nice visit!

Property is as depicted in the photos. There were a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella left by previous visitors. The unit is clean and has what you need. It would be nice if there was an additional chair in the living area. The door was a bit of a challenge. The location is very nice- on a beautiful beach and close to St Augustine .

Crescent Beach

We loved the ocean view. Nicely decorated space. It’s nice to have a pool available. The grill is charcoal not propane. Recommend the 4th floor. It was bike week in Daytona so a little noisy! Couple negatives. The bed is hard!! Also there is only a couch to sit on and it’s not very comfortable. Overall we had a nice stay.

Quiet, dog friendly beach that is accessible from a private boardwalk. The building is older but I was very pleased with our stay. There is a pizza place across the street and some other restaurants not far. Publix is close by along with other shopping.

Cute Condo with the best view

Location was perfect . View was amazing . The access to the beach was so easy and the pool was small but clean. There was plenty of food options in the area . Super quick drive to the Old city and only an hour and a half from Orlando we squeezed a Universal Studios day into our vacation because of the convenience. My only complaints would be the couch sofa is fully broken my daughter had to sleep on it as a couch because the mattress was broken and the bed in the bedroom was very hard . A new sofa couch and a good soft mattress topper would make this condo perfect. We would definitely stay again if those changes were made .

Crescent Beach Happy

The Condo is what it needs to be: 1-on beach, 2-great view, 3-clean & critter-free. Nice decor. Stove, oven & microwave all work great. The balcony furniture is great. No dishwasher but limited dish detergent not happy about that. If you want renters to wash dishes you should provide detergent! Floors could use a good deep steam cleaning. But they seem clean. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioning is fine. The tv is connected into the outlet that is on same circuit as overhead light, had to use extension cord to plug it into other outlet and turned off the overhead light for night tv viewing. Overall great experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: UNIT NEEDS A LITTLE MAINTENANCE. SLIDING SCREEN DOOR OFF TRACK, BUT THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS NOT BEING ABLE TO WATCH BEDROOM TV WITHOUT HAVING OVERHEAD CEILING LIGHT ON. THE WALL OUTLET WAS WIRED ON SAME CIRCUIT AS CEILING LIGHT. VERY STRANGE.

Not quite as advertised

The sleeper sofa is broken - the bed dips down at the top and can’t be slept on safely. The kitchen doesn’t have anything to bake with, two of the cabinets are just door fronts without cabinets, and another set is locked. Pool was nice, beach access was nice too. Nice location. Deck was covered in mosquitoes by day 3 and unusable. Leading up to our stay, we had trouble getting responses from the property manager and they didn’t run my card 30 days before, instead calling me the day before I arrived because they just tried to run the card and it was expired. Was ok, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Uncomfortable for cost per night

We left a day early because my back hurt from sitting on the sofa that has zero support and Cushions. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. A mattress pad would rectify the issue and donate the couch. The two rugs on the floor in the master bedroom need to be thrown away because they are so filthy. The cleaning lady was nice enough to leave me a used sponge. It’s unfortunate because the location of this condo to the beach is perfect. We have owned and rented several beach condos through VRBO, and would not be happy with a customer having this experience.
