Large kitchen with the supplies to cook most any meal. Large bedroom with Lux mattress and 43 in. HD TV. Super clean with LVP throughout, quartz counters. Full size laundry room. Large sectional with queen size hide a bed & 65 in. HD TV. Dining room table seats 4 comfortably or large area to work at.

Great lil place, great location!

Perfectly located for all we needed in and around Seattle. Great space for a couple or small family. Kitchen stocked well for cooking in if you like and convenient to eating out. Hosts are very friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Excellent location with easy access to public transportation and the Burke-Gilman Trail. We chose this location for its proximity to Seattle Children's Hospital, and it was excellent in that regard. The apartment is impeccably clean and nicely appointed with all the modern amenities. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The only knock on the apartment is that it is not accessible for those with mobility concerns. Beyond that, it's top notch.

My sister and I spent 2 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The apartment is lovely, well designed and spacious, and in a great location. The owners were very friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

This ultra quiet, ultra clean basement apt. was perfect for our stay in Seattle once again. The apartment and neighborhood were beautiful! Close to the Burke-Gilman trail for easy access to U Village and nearby restaurants or a quick run outside. Close to grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet. Loved our stay!

Noisier than expected

This is a very clean and well stocked apartment in a convenient and upscale neighborhood near children’s hospital and U of W. However if you’re looking for a tranquil, restful place for your evenings, this might not be for you. The hosts’ presence will be noticed.

Too brief a stay

Great location. Very clean, comfortable place to stay. It was ideal for our visit which was connected to an event at Magnussen Park. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly.

Gem of a property

We traveled to Seattle to see our daughter for the weekend and had the great fortune to stay here. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood with nice places to walk to, pleantly of parking and bunnies raining outside to greet you. The apartment itself was beautiful well stocked and comfortable. Everything was done with care and decorated beautifully. It is hard to post such a nice review because I'm afraid it will be booked next time we want to visit. Thank you for a great for us to stay.

Wonderful place in great location

We spent four nights in the hawthorn hills apartment. The location is great, I love that there was a grocery store one block away. The apartment was beautiful! Newly remodeled, spotless, well stocked with linens, bedding, cookware, etc. There was plenty of space, and the sofa was amazingly comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay!

The house was easy to locate & get inside with my own code. When we arrived I was surprised how big the place was! It was like staying on the bottom floor of a large luxury apartment. Sandra truly is a super host! She went above & beyond to think of everything you could possibly need. We had an amazing stay & would come back again!

Everything was very nice inside the well appointed apartment, very clean. Beautiful place The only problem was the noise from the house above. which was unfortunate.

Very cute place and so comfortable. Wish I could have stayed longer - I hope to come back again sometime. Note that there is some noise from upstairs but I was ok with it.

Very nice, spacious place to stay

Very nicely updated suite with all amenities we required. Accomodated an early check in because Sandra was able to. Really appreciated a snack basket for us on arrival. Sandra has set out a nice info booklet on restaurants, coffee shops etc in their area so we knew what was walkable. Street parking was readily available right in front on iur weekend stay. Would definitely return again. Thanks Sandra.

We have lived in Bryant for years and could not love it more. We wanted to share our space with people visiting Seattle. We did this for a couple of years with a smaller space and decided to completely renovate the unit to have a full bedroom, kitchen and laundry for our guests. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We designed this unit as a short term rental. We did all LVP so it's super clean. We sound proofed the walls and and ceilings so it's very quiet too. There is plenty of parking but you don't really need a car to stay here. You can walk to many restaurants and stores and public transportation is very close too.
