Large kitchen with the supplies to cook most any meal. Large bedroom with Lux mattress and 43 in. HD TV. Super clean with LVP throughout, quartz counters. Full size laundry room. Large sectional with queen size hide a bed & 65 in. HD TV. Dining room table seats 4 comfortably or large area to work at.

Great host and property! Host on site, quick to respond to any questions. Grocery and coffee 1 block away. Washer and dryer in unit along with detergent, snacks and streaming service. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

Amazing ! The host, check in, cleanliness, location, shower, cozy clean sofa throw blanket, kitchen, all of it… absolutely lovely! My second time here… will stay again for sure!

Great lil place, great location!

Perfectly located for all we needed in and around Seattle. Great space for a couple or small family. Kitchen stocked well for cooking in if you like and convenient to eating out. Hosts are very friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

This is my second time here, and I still love this VRBO. It is very clean and is supplied with well thought out amenities. It has a comfortable bed with soft linens. The laundry room is spacious with a sink, large capacity washer/dryer, and detergent. Sandra is very thoughtful in how she zip ties cleaned blankets and bedding, so we know it’s been cleaned and ready for us to use. She also leaves a nice basket of treats and coffee pods with condiments. She has a binder organized with highlights of the areas, including restaurants and bakeries to try. It’s a really cute place to stay, enjoy the neighborhood and Seattle.

Too brief a stay

Great location. Very clean, comfortable place to stay. It was ideal for our visit which was connected to an event at Magnussen Park. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly.

My sister and I spent 2 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The apartment is lovely, well designed and spacious, and in a great location. The owners were very friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

Great Apt!

This basement apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Seattle. Possibly the cleanest VRBO we've stayed in, the bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped to create all kinds of meals if needed. Loved it, hope to be back sometime!

We have lived in Bryant for years and could not love it more. We wanted to share our space with people visiting Seattle. We did this for a couple of years with a smaller space and decided to completely renovate the unit to have a full bedroom, kitchen and laundry for our guests. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We designed this unit as a short term rental. We did all LVP so it's super clean. We sound proofed the walls and and ceilings so it's very quiet too. There is plenty of parking but you don't really need a car to stay here. You can walk to many restaurants and stores and public transportation is very close too.
