Everything you need! A rare corner unit above the marina, just steps from the pool and restaurant and a short pleasant walk to stunning Sapphire Beach. One-mile from Red Hook and the ferry to St John. Enjoy coffee or cocktails from your private balcony watching the quiet activity in the marina and the stunning down island view. The efficiency kitchen has a two-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, and is reasonably equipped. Not enough equipment for a Thanksgiving meal but certainly adequate enough to whip up some nice meals. Sudi's Restaurant is just a 1-minute away if you change your mind and for lunch, there's also the beach bar.
The condo is equipped with a couple of beach chairs, a small outing cooler and some snorkel gear so it's perfect to use as a launching pad for exploring.
The condo is a clean, comfortable private corner unit with a fully remodeled kitchen and bath. It's best to enjoy the trade winds but it also has a high-efficiency split unit A/C that is extremely quiet and provides a quick cool down when needed. It has about the best balcony in the complex with enough visual activity for your entertainment but is also quiet for your enjoyment. Famous Sapphire Beach is a 1500 foot stroll while the larger of two freshwater pools and the restaurant are within 150 feet of your door. A smart TV, and private WiFi included.

Did Not Disappoint! It was our first time staying at Sapphire and it was perfect. Plenty to do right on the premises, beach, pools, and restaurants right out your doorstep. Our unit was perfect for 2 adults. Clean and very comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Great location

This is our 3rd stay at Sapphire and our previous unit was booked so we stayed at Sweet Sapphire which is in the same building. As far as location, it was great. The unit overlooks the marina where the breeze on the patio is awesome. Nancy gave clear instructions for accessing the property and responded to messages promptly. Someone had previously mentioned AC issues in a review but we used AC and no issues with it at all. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to fix bagels in the morning and have leftovers. Overall, the unit is nice and our stay was great.

Nice location

It’s located across from the bar and sapphire beach is a short distance walk. They also have a couple bars on sapphire beach but they tends to close early. It’s a tiny apartment just need lots of updates to make it more modern. We have a problem with the AC throughout the time we were there and it keeps leaking tons of water. The host kept in contact with us and had people tried to fix the Issues but somehow it’s still not resolved so we end up using the fans most of the time. Nice marina view in morning . We spent most of the time on St John by taking ferry everyday. Hardly stay around on St Thomas. It’s a convenient apt and close to red hook terminal and all the bars/restaurants.

Quiet little studio

We had all the things we need available: beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear( didn’t need, but is there), cool area books, beach bags, freeze packs for the cooler, etc. The AC is great,quiet. We didn’t cook, but the little kitchen is supplied with the basics. The pool and Sudi’s restaurant is right outside your door, and never was too loud ( they close at 10). We mentioned Sudi’s every time we need to be dropped off by the taxi, and they new where it was. Nancy is a quick communicator, and we appreciated all the labeling ( passwords and such)and organization. The beach is a short walk from the apartment and has some shade provided by trees. We loved the reef right off the beach and is a snorkeling paradise. We saw a lot of colorful fish there. Getting to Red hook to catch the ferry to St. John is easy and quick. Taxis are always waiting at the resort entrance. We had a great relaxing time with the iguanas.

Amazing Condo at Sapphire Village

This was my first visit to St. Thomas. It definitely won't be my last. Sapphire Village is a great place to stay, and this condo was absolutely perfect. The view from the patio overlooking the marina is awesome. I watched the sun come up each morning on the patio. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was really nice also. They have thought of everything. There are beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, beach bags, and even beach towels. There is a full size refrigerator, which was nice. Some only have dorm size refrigerators. This condo was absolutely perfect. Walk straight out of the condo and Sudi's restaurant is right there. They serve breakfast and dinner. They also have a full bar. Sapphire Beach is just a short walk down the hill. You can walk up the hill a short distance and catch a taxi down to Red Hook, where you can take the ferry over to St. Johns. The owners communication was great. I highly recommend this property. You won't regret staying here.

All I can say is wow!! Stay here if you get the chance!

Where do I begin? If I could give this place 20 stars I would! The hosts are very accommodating, sweet, and answered any and all questions quickly and accurately! Not only that but they provide a beautiful condo, on the best resort, in the best location, well stocked with everything you need including snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach bags, etc. (we utilized them everyday), and the condo has the most amazing view from the balcony!! I woke up almost every morning to see the sunrise! Its right next to the pool and restaurant which was totally convenient! Less then 5 minute walk down to one of the best beaches Sapphire Beach where the water, view, and snorkeling is amazing! Taxis are also very easy to get here! Only half a mile to Red Hook where all the bars, restaurants, shopping, ferry to St John, and nightlife is! It was our first time visiting the island and couldnt have picked a better place, and when we come back will choose this place for sure! Thank you Nancy for providing such an amazing place in paradise!

Great Stay

My husband and I had a wonderful week staying here. A short few minutes walk to the beach on the property and a two minute taxi ride to Red Hook for everything else. Condo was as pictured and perfect for two people.

Great location

Very easy access to the red hook area and beaches. The place has everything necessary from beach towels to chairs. It’s just a short walk to the road where you can get a taxi or a safari bus.

We loved our stay at Sapphire Village - clean apartment with a great view of the marina, minutes walk from the beach, pool and restaurant. Easy check-in and great communication from the owners, we will definitely be back!

Perfect home base to stay in paradise!

This was our first time staying in Saint Thomas so we were not sure what to expect. As far as the location this is perfect as it offers access to red Hook which has everything that you need restaurants, shops and the ferry departs from there as well. The unit Is perfect for a couple that likes to spend the day exploring. Everything is equipped for what you need to enjoy your stay. Even better it’s equipped for your adventures: cooler, pool floats, snorkel equipment! We really liked the activity of the marina watching from the balcony in the morning and at night. We never ate at the on-site restaurant but it was always busy and we were told that the food was good. The pool is right next to this building and there’s another one further up just a few minutes walk. Sapphire beach it’s just a short walk away and there’s also a bar restaurant coffee shop next-door. The air conditioning was ice cold and that was a big plus as we visited in July! We would consider staying here again in Saint Thomas. For the money, considering all of the amenities, the location and cleanliness this unit is a great value. Nancy was easy to communicate with regarding our stay and we didn’t have any issues at all.

Beautiful View

Nice, small apartment with everything you need. The view has the Marina and islands in distance. It is a good walk to beach that you can swim and snorkel. Beach has grill, bar and coffee shop. Sudi's restaurant and pool is by this apartment.

Great Stay!

This is a great little studio condo that overlooks the marina. Just up the steps, you have the pool and Sudi's restaurant and it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. This was my 4th trip to the island and this was my best stay by far.

Amazing Time in Sapphire Condos!

This was my husband and I’s first time to St. Thomas and friends recommended to stay near Sapphire Beach. The village condo was perfect for us, and not to mention the view. The host, Nancy recommended watching sunrise and did it not disappointment! Highly recommend it. We loved our little home away from home and it was very close to Red Hook and some of its amazing restaurants. We will definitely be coming back and hoping to bring our little one with us!

Beautiful place in paradise

My mother and I stayed here on our recent first trip to the USVI! The view is incredible! Short walk to Sapphire beach which is gorgeous. Two minutes walk from a delicious restaurant by a pool! Love the location, nestled next to the Red Hook area which has plentiful coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Can’t wait to go back!

Best spot on the island

While not only being a beautiful beach, Sapphire Beach is a 30 second drive to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. If quiet and relaxation is what you are looking, the east end of St. Thomas and St. John proper are the best. The room was everything as described and more. With a kitchen, large shower, and beautiful balcony view of the marina, we felt like we were seeing how the other half lives. Contact with Nancy and Ed was effortless and their responses were quick and insightful. Our trip to the U.S. Virgin Islands was the perfect place for me to propose to my fiancé, and I thank Nancy and Ed for helping to facilitate such a magical vacation.

Fun while it lasted

We had a great time & really enjoyed staying here. Our only complaint would be the parking situation. Not many spots available due to the restaurant bring so close to this unit. Otherwise, we look forward to staying again in the future!

Beautiful area and wonderful hosts

My husband and I were very impressed with the condo and our hosts. Nancy was very quick to respond. The condo is at a perfect location, 2-3 min walk to the beach, just a 3 min drive to all the restaurants and bars in Red Hook area. Our view from the condo was absolutely beautiful, sitting on our balcony watching boats coming/going all day long. We would definitely choose this condo over and over again. Hosts were fast to respond, condo was clean and at a perfect location. It's a studio, so it's perfect for a couple! I definitely give them 5/5. Thank you Nancy.

We loved our time at Sapphire

This is the pefect little place for a couples getaway. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the location it was close to everything we wanted to do. We will be coming back again.

Nancy and Ed are New England natives who fell in love with Sapphire Beach . We are new owners of this beautiful condo and are ready to continue the same hospitality of the previous owners. Our favorite things to do is to begin the morning with a sunrise walk on the beach while catching views of flying stink rays and then stopping by the coffee shop and planning the rest of the day. Sitting under a tree or out on the beach reading, swimming and snorkeling fills the afternoon.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Sapphire Hill Village is a well kept, well managed complex in a spectacular location. On site we have two pools a restaurant/bar and laundry. A car is not mandatory. Sapphire Beach, with lovely sand, great snorkeling and equipment rentals is right next door. So too is the Sapphire Marina where you can find day sails, fishing charters, BVI day trips and boat rentals.

Red Hook - with restaurants, clubs, groceries, banking, shopping and BVI or St. John ferries - is a a half-mile away. There is a bus/taxi stop at the Sapphire Hill Village entrance and taxis are readily available.
