NOTICE: West Tower exterior restoration is scheduled for November 29, 2026–February 19, 2027. Guests may experience construction-related noise during this time. Balcony closures will occur as work progresses. From January 18–February 19, 2027, the West Pool, Hot Tub, and Splash Pad will be closed. The East Pool, Lazy River, and Kiddie Pad are expected to remain open. All dates, work schedules, and amenity closures are subject to change.


Registration: A $40 per-vehicle registration fee is due at check-in and paid directly to the resort; this includes one parking pass and wristbands (required for guests ages 5+), with additional parking passes available at an extra cost.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen.


All credit card payments will incur a non-refundable 3.5% convenience fee. E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (provided they are submitted at least 30 days prior to check-in).
